Staff openly coughing in the kitchen without covering it. Staff member didn’t wash her hands after using bathroom. The lettuce in the salad was old and wilted. Ants and bugs on the dirty bathroom floor. Over all the restaurant is disgusting. Do your self a favor and don’t eat here.

Absolute horrible service. Austin the manager had to make my food and give my food to me because not a single other employee decided to do it. Mobile was placed at 10:30 and I didn’t get my one meal until 11:05

No Zaxby sauce in either of my meals.Paid for an extra ranch, not provided. IOrdered a salad, stated multiply times no tomatoes please and it’s covered in tomato’s.This has been consistent poor service at this location.

I ordered grilled chicken sandwich meal and it was AWFUL.The fries were hot and delicious.The chicken I couldn't even eat. It was DISGUSTING. It tasted rubbery and just nasty I spit it out and could not eat anymore. I still have the taste in my mouth. Absolutely gross. So disappointed
