Food has been ok! The chicken seems to always be very chewy with lots of cartridge and is very disappointing. Not as good as it used to be. Never know what bite of chicken will be hard to chew

I am a devoted chipotle eater!! But WHY WHEN CERTAIN PEOPLE WORK MY FOOD IS GROSS!!! My brown rice is CRUNCHY, and the sofritas is old at 11:15 Am! I'm done with this store. There are 2 guys that manage the store and when they are there the place is great! And the prices have gone up so why not the food and service be worth the prices?

I ordered a burrito bowl with Steak, brown rice, black beans, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, and cheese . I received carnitas meat, lettuce, black beans, white rice, and cheese. Not to happy about it. Definitely need to pay attention to detail. People may have allergies or can’t eat certain foods.

I ordered online and I asked for everything extra and when I got my bowl it was missing a lot but when I came back through the drive-through, the young lady did get my order correct but it’s just a fact I had to go back through. And wait in line again.Vegetarian options: You don’t have to get meat in your bowl you can get a rice bowl with all of their veggies
