Different place, same old town where you risk your health and well being eating out. This whole town is filled with places to eat that don’t give a sh%^ about you or the food. Minus a few small businesses - you can expect to be disappointed here and every other chain you visit in Hinesville (not you Chick-fil-A ) the donuts were stale and no selection, and for Pete’s sake don’t look where the conveyer belt was, area was just always disgusting.

me and my family loved KK so much that we wanted to buy KK donuts on a daily basis, first visit to this shop was shocking, floor was littered and there was an awful stench that reeked inside the store. employees don't seem to bother. 2nd visit, the lady who served me was a bit rude (sorry). i dont think il ever come back to this store.

Very unprofessional! I don't like to use the word ghetto but that's exactly what it was today. The girl who took my order wasn't polite at all. I waited in the drive thru for more than 25 minutes for just 3 donuts. The person ahead of me just ordered one donut and a coffee and he waited just as long if not longer! I don't know what was going on in that kitchen today but a lot of people in line did the same thing I did, gave up and left.

Could taste the oil in the donuts. Tried to order 3 different coffees but they were out of at least 1 thing for each coffee.

We loved it. I don't recommend the Berry Lemonade Chiller, 4 in my family tried it and we threw it because it was too seert, too much sugar.

I’ve been to this Krispy Kreme multiple times and ordered through their drive through that show on the menu display, they almost never have what I’m asking for, they never have the specials shown even early in the mornings. It is not til the 3rd or 4th menu item that I ask for that they say they have that donut. Even when they do have a donut I ask for it is never good or like any other Krispy Kreme’s donuts. Krispy Kreme is one of my favorite chains, I’m very disappointed moving to Hinesville with this. I will not be back.

Got our dozen and couldn't be more disappointed we all dove in and then proceeded to spit them out at the same time there was some kind of cleaning solution taste on our Boston creams

I'm sorry y'all but I just can't anymore ? I've gone back several times hoping for a different outcome and yet disappointment seems to be their consistency. I've gone to KK in Jacksonville, Fl and Savannah, Ga and they manage to have the same normal looking glazed donut. However, Hinesville, Ga KK always give me burnt looking donuts with hardly any icing. The donuts always look and taste like it's been made the day before. Seriously, corporate need to look at what's going on here.

This location used to be great. The drive-through speaker doesn't work, and the employees yell at you after finally taking your order after waiting 10 minutes.Recommend you drive to Dunkin Donuts for better service.
Last time I visited this place was the absolute last time. I ordered two dozen. One to share with a friend, one for my family. The person filling my order gave me a dozen tiny donuts, and charged me for full size. I opened the box and asked where the rest were as half of the box was empty. She looked at me like a deer in headlights. Another employee told her to just fill up the box with more smaller ones to equal a dozen regular size. She was still confused. She ended up adding 3 full size donuts to my tiny set of donuts...THAT is the service you will get at this location. Everytime. Not worth the hassle and poor service. I love Krispy Kreme donuts but this location is the worst I have ever been to, from coast to coast.

Very clean Krispy Kreme with accommodating employees. I appreciated "the fresh off the conveyer belt", still warm blueberry cake doughnut. The iced Vanilla latte was super sweet! The posted calorie count of each flavor of doughnut is very helpful! It wasn't crowded, but there was a steady stream of customers.

It was fine when they first opened and I'd get donuts during my visit. My last visit was the most disappointing donuts from ANY Krispy Kreme. The donuts were miniature! They were so small,12 only filled up 3/4 of the box. Before you drive off, make sure your donuts are full sized.
