I would give this negative stars if I could. Horrible experience! Placed the order at 6:03p online. App said it had a promised delivery time of 6:33p. By 6:49p, nothing on the tracking app had changed so we called in just to get an update. Lady on the phone told us the pizza was heading out the door right then. No biggie. 45min later, still no pizza. (We live less than 15min away). Called in again to check and the lady on the phone now told us that there are a lot of other orders so our pizza will be leaving soon. Asked to speak to a Manger who was absolutely no help whatsoever! Just kept making excuses. Come 8p our order FINALLY got delivered. Nearly 2hrs later! And all of our food was cold! What a joke. Will never be eating here again. Need a refund for such horrible service.
