I rarely leave a review for anything or for any place. I normally order from the Pizza Hut at 1067 W Oglethorpe, but ordering through the app was temporarily unavailable. Picked the store at 443 W Gen. Screven Way...seems convenient, close to where I work. By far this is the worst service I’ve received anywhere in Hinesville. Chose curbside (no contact) service. Arrive at the store, click all the buttons in the app (I’m Here, I’m here, Call Store), no sweat. No one answered, but get to listen to the announcements and hold music, still no sweat. Waited on phone for @ 5 minutes, fine...an employee answers, says please hold, sets the handset down (does NOT put me back on hold)...I’m waiting at least another 5 minutes. In the meantime, several people walk into the store and get service right away. So what’s the point of having curbside? Wait on hold a few more minutes. I hung up, went in, explained, and got a half apology...all this while 3 other employees were just standing around. I definitely won’t be back to this PH location, and I can now see why your current rating is only 2.4 stars.
