Ripoff on chicken serving, little tiny scooper, go here if you want mostly vegetables and a tiny bit of (not even quality sourced chicken like chipotle) chicken. Go to Chipotle if you want quality chicken/meats with real size portion. ;)

Food is good but they have absolutely no QA on delivery orders. 2 out of my last 3 orders came without salsa, and the 1 that did include salsa was someone else’s order.

Not sure what’s going on here, but it used to be great. They didn’t give the correct food to us and what they did get correct was dry and almost inedible.We left without a drink because the tea was out and they didn’t want to refill it.

The place was a mess, floors not swept, booths not cleaned, trash overflowing. The sweet tea and regular tea were empty, told the cashier the tea's were out and never filled them, asked again after I finish eating and finally it got made. Got pictures of the mess.

Everything was good. I loved it, my wife loves it, and my kids love it(and they are picky eaters). It was ALL good!

I accidentally ordered my order twice due to the website crashing. I thought it didn't go through so I did it again and was charged twice. I admit, I should have checked the confirmation email but didn't think about it. Starting the refund process was a little slow because I came in 30 minutes before they were going to close and the manager went on break. They said the manager was going to be there the next day and they could work it out then. Came in the next day and the manager Seth and staff were super helpful and understanding with the whole situation. I got my refund by the end of the day. We have been to Surcheros a few times, we have never had issues and the food is always good. The place is always clean and the staff is always nice.

Underwear showing while serving food is totally unacceptable. I should not have to walk into a place where food is being served, only to see the cook with his pants around or below his butt. There were two guys that work there, walking around like this!!!!! No professionalism.My goodness!!!! Who runs this place? I didn’t even bother ordering anything. I just walked out and went elsewhere. Management, fix this problem ASAP!!!!!!
