The lady with the red hair at the drive thru should probably stop macking on her food at the window while taking payments so she can properly do her job. She failed to give us military discount. When she finally came back from leaning over the prep table and chatting with her coworkers and we let her know, she acted like there was no way to fix it even though it’s been done for us before and then she just walked away from the menu to continue chatting and stuffing her face. The only thing more unprofessional than her attitude was her smacking her lips and talking with her mouth full. Thanks for the service Brittanie, we hope you enjoyed your tenders!

Took a long time to order and I was one of only 2 customers waiting...my issue is with the lack of supervision In this restaurant every time i frequentit...staff with sagging pants showing their under garments..the dining room is ALWAYS unacceptable....barely a table to eat at and the other tables are always dirty..no swept floors or trash taken out...supplies always short...I.E..napkins and straws..when you enter the facility it always has a stench..never feels clean..last time eating there..they lack supervision..just young staff looking lost and unprepared!!!

Never coming back. They never get my order right. Either the kitchen mess it up. Or the order takers not listening because they to busy having private conversations. Don't even try and go after 7pm. A bunch of kids in there playing around. Just shut it down. They really suck. Just horrible. I don't even want a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED EVERYTIME.

TERRIBLE customer service! The restaurant starts closing at 8 but the door still reflects 10:00. Meanwhile, customers are waiting 30 minutes in drive thru only to be told that you’re closed when they get ready to place their order. Then the girl comes on the intercom to say the hour change is on google. Who is looking at Google especially when you’ve been closing at 10 since you initially opened. I’m sure the employees see the line outside and can come outside to tell the customers you are closed to keep them from waiting.

Whats the point of having the option to pick up if we can't come inside to get it. Waiting in line over 20 mins after pick up time is trash. Food is cold and nasty by the time you eat it.
Today, my visit was hopefully just a bad day and not the norm, but I have notifed more hnhappy employees as time has gone by.Today I trued to use my reward points and after selecting it in the app the cashier said ber scanner was broken and she couldnt scan it I explained that once i select it I have to use it and she said, "my scanner is broken, I just work here, what do you want me to do?"I asked if I could come inside to a scanner that worked, and she told me I would have to start my order over. It ended up being resolved by me coming inside, BUT only 1 person in there was nice, and I dont know his name. (Heavier male). He is always nice and was nice when he worked at Huey Magoos.I truly hate to see it go in this direction.The girl in the drive thru started yelling when I was inside, saying she needed someone else to work the window bc she was tired of people being rude. The whole visit was a disaster. I really hope this can be resolved and they find a way to have less angry employees.

Came here to buy dinner for my crew since we came down for a 2 day job. Spent over $100 on 7 orders of wings and things and a zalad. Upon arriving at the hotel and handing out food we all discovered as we started to eat that the wings were dry when we ordered TT wings. We go to zaxbys all the time and this is the 1s time the order wasn't consistent with the standards. As an ex manager of a zaxbys I was utterly disappointed. I know it's a big order and line was long of people ordering but ever order should be consistent.

We arrived at the store at 9:50 to pick up a Doordash order for a customer. There was a LONG line of people at the counter with only 1 person working the counter. There was a female employee standing in the corner behind the counter playing on her cell phone, not even bothering to try and help. There was a customer waiting for his food for over 15 minutes, before finding out that his food was sitting on the counter the whole time. When asked why he wasn't told and if his food was cold, the one girl working the counter tapped on the bag and said with an attitude "it's still hot". The one girl working the counter did not even acknowledge my husband at all, who had been waiting in the line for a while to pick up a doordash. By this time, we have already had our fill. We lost out on money because we had to unnassign ourselves from our TWO orders because they were taking too long and didn't have it together. Zaxby's in Hinesville has some of the worst customer service I have ever come across. This is not the first incident we have had with this location. The employees act like they really don't want to work or be there.
