Good food, but took a long time to get the food. Not fast food. Tried again today (Sep 4) at 12pm. They were open but after entering and waiting several minutes, no one came to get our orders. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Gave them a third try today (Nov 20) at 4:30pm and the food took over 40 minutes. Clearly not staffed properly for the size restaurant. Food came out several minutes earlier for my guest than me. They staffed up and are doing better. One of our favorite places to eat.

We love the food and service! Everything is consistently great! But, they always add gratuity to our check. We are a family of 5, not a large party.
The pad thai is phenomenal! Very consistent service and quality. Even the thai hot level is a manageable temp. The dinner portion is plenty and the jasmine rice is amazing. The only thing I do not suggest is the dessert - (coconut cake) not so good. But other than that, 5 stars for sure!

1 star is for the food only. Food was amazing although it took forever. That’s not a huge deal for me. A huge deal for me was the absolutely terrible service I received from the young lady that was more concerned about cleaning to give good service. I understand it’s the end of the shift, but not checking with us one single time after taking our order is no excuse. I even caught her looking at our table too so she was aware of us. I have maybe left 5 reviews my entire life but I really had to leave one for the service here. I really hope the two ladies that were working the dining room weren’t pooling because she would be pulling all the weight and have to be drug down by a complete lack of caring for her customers. She had no problem running over to turn the open sign to closed either. I understand the business as I’ve worked over 20 years in restaurants but abandoning your section to try to get up on your closing duties is unacceptable. Again, the food was really good. Great Pad Thai and Thai Fried Rice. I’ll eat there again, I’ll just make sure to order take out.

This place is the worst with time...EVERY single time I've ordered food it's NEVER ready!!! This time I waited 30 mins after the online order said it would be ready to arrive...I even got an email saying it was ready for pickup. This time I'm pissed bc I just picked up milkshakes for my kids from another restaurant and now they'll be melted by the time I can get this order and go home. The food is good but it's not worth the hassle. Even when I've ordered in the restaurant to go I've waited over an hour for the order and I was the first person in the restaurant when they opened (this was the 1st time ordering from them).The lady with the red lipstick is nice but she needs to do better with running this place....they are definitely on island time. The food is not that good to be this dang slow!
