I recently visited Chick-fil-A for lunch, and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. I ordered a spicy deluxe Chick-fil-A sandwich with waffle fries and a cup of water. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, just as I expected. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service; the employees were attentive and made sure everyone had a great dining experience. Overall, it was a satisfying visit, and I'll definitely be returning to Chick-fil-A in the future.
This Chick-fil-A is efficient and the staff are friendly. My own downside of it is that the employees seem to be a little overly friendly and fake on occasion. Great food though!
Probably the worst food I've received and to come from Chick-fil-A is both shocking and disappointing. Chicken tenders looked like they had a week long meth bender, all dried and shriveled up. The waffle fries were over-cooked and possibly left over from the day before and I've had better sweet tea from up in Boston, and every one knows they don't even drink tea sweetened. I won't be visiting this Chick-fil-A again and after this experience, it'll be a long while before I have the appetite for Chick-fil-A at all. Do better!

Chick fila is always welcoming! The employees are so nice! taking good care of the customers. ?
I went home with an ice cold grilled chicken deluxe sandwich with NO CHICKEN. It had cold lettuce, cheese and bacon. Thats all. I came back to the store and was only greeted with high school workers (who were pleasant). The manager on 3/5/2024 did NOT say a word to me. She just took the bag and out the order in. Gave the bag to the employee, who was the only person who seemed concerned, and then gave it to me. Not once did the manager acknowledge me or the mistake. It was NOT busy. I was the only person inside and the drive tru line was not busy either. Do better.

****does not recommend ****Drive thru moved quickly but was unorganized and sloppy. When I got to the window they did not know what my order was and it took a minute for them to get it together. Then they realized they did not charge me the .64 cents for a cheese slice. So after I had already paid $30 they told me a needed to pay another .64 cents before I received my food. I asked them if that was necessary since I didn’t have cash and I did not want to swipe my card for.64 cents and the young curly head kid told me yes if I wanted the cheese. Reluctantly I swiped and as they handed me my food they realized they never put the cheese on and reopen my food to put on the cheese. I finally got out of there and got home and the food was terrible. Also, not the first bad experience I have had there. I’ve been here once before and it went a little smoother but the food was terrible then as well. Don’t waist your time or money.
