Our order was placed online to be picked up at 10:00pm only to arrive, sit in the pickup line for 20 mins, go to the door and it’s locked with a note that says only doing pickup orders. Drive back around to the window and wait only to be told our order isn’t ready and they do not have the ingredients to make our order. They cannot cancel the order. Customer Service is not responding and the only manager, Michael Campbell is not working until tomorrow. What type of manager leaves his restaurant in such shambles?

Low rating because this location is ALWAYS FILTHY. They evidently don't take much pride in keeping the dining area clean. Every single table was dirty and the trash cans were overflowing on my last visit.

It was a slow weekday afternoon and I have only had this once, years ago, so decided to go inside to see everything. Everything was very neat, clean, and all the employees were attentive and eager to help. The portion size was enough to get full on and have more for later.

This is by far the worst chiptole. I have given them 3 chances their rice is always undercooked. It’s always dirty. The guac is always brown have to ask for fresh guac. Today I found plastic in my bowl. They need to be inspected. I didn’t get my receipt therefore can’t complete the survey or inquiry On link, Chris is there any other way to reach you without going to the physical store? I had to delete and re add my review since it does not let me reply to you

I was in there yesterday and there was a packed restaurant, packed parking lot and those ladies did their jobs with a smile. I was so impressed because even with the guy behind me being rude and pushy, they still approached him with grace. I mean they were on a role, getting orders done effectively and without error. I commend these ladies.

I placed my order online for a bag of chips and a small container of salsa for pick up in the Chipotlane. We got there and waited 50 minutes AT THE WINDOW!! Being completely ignored until the 51 min mark! Just to be told that the morning crew that worked 3/20/2024 COMPLETELY FAILED to do their job and make the chips so they were out of chips!!!!! The line was all the way around the building. SAT THERE JUST TO BE TOLD THEY DIDN’T have CHIPS!

My family and I love the food at Chipotle. Thats why we keep going back. But for this location, if you want your order to be correct you need to go inside and watch them make it. I have had two catering orders missing items, 2 mobile orders to pick up through the drive through that were incorrect, and one mobile order that was over 30 minutes late being ready to pick up from my scheduled pick up time. The yummy food is the only thing that keeps me coming back, but honestly I visit a lot less often than I would if the service was acceptable.
Because I can't give less than 1. Restaurant was dirty, napkins, straws etc were out or almost out. For the price of the food, it was not good. Chips were stale. Will not ever return.

I’ve recently moved to this area and I have given this place at least 3 chances. On all occasions I’ve walked in there’s always ingredients missing. It’s either there’s no chicken right now, or no beef, or no white or brown rice. Truly the worst chipotle I’ve ever visited. Staff is extremely unprofessional, their customer service and attitude is horrible. Don’t waste your time or money.
