Whoever is the manager at Hiram Hooters needs to do better because my sister and I have been waiting almost an hour to get service, and all the servers ignored the fact that my sister and I were sitting down if we didn’t call a waitress to acknowledge us she would have forgotten us. Have not been to Hooters in years. Service at most of the other wing places (not Buffalo's)in the area is horrible and food quality is down. Hooters boneless wings were good with the buffalo hot honey sauce. PBR was cold. Server was great. This location was not crowded at all for a Sunday afternoon. Definitely recommend.

So I love wings and my husband is somewhat of a wings snob! He loves the hooters wing flavors and the girls are adorable! I just don’t think they are all comfortable in the outfits as it is a little skimpy but that’s not my child so we will move forward.My husband will barely look at the girls bc he says it makes him uncomfortable or he’s scared either way back to the food! Lol!We had the garlic Parmesan and bbq chipotle and I had regular bbq. It was pretty good and breaded. I really enjoyed our waitress Brianna.

I went to have lunch here and the experience was good.I ordered the buffalo shrimp with tater tots and you could tell it was made right when I ordered it. Very fresh!!!I appreciated how the manager came to check on me when my server couldn’t. Other team members also came to help (bringing my food out) when my server was not available.Overall, my experience was good and I really did appreciate the attentiveness of the team to ensure I was ok and to make sure my drink was refilled I time.

I also ordered a 15pc wing and a 6 pc wing.....sauce on the side.....when I tell you it tasted like the chicken had a whole container of salt...that's an understatement.... won't be placing any online orders from there again.......DISGUSTING..... My husband and l dine at Hooters regularly, l ordered the fish and chips. This is what we order when we dine in, and it's always a generous portion. I ordered through DoorDash today because I was just released from the hospital. Unfortunately, it was offal, and the portion we are served is more than efficient. I got my order, and it had 3 small pieces of fish with an overwhelming amount of fries. I called them, and the manager agreed it was not the usual portion that should be in a separate fish and chip order. Since l couldn't drive there, she promised me the next time I could remind her of the dinner that didn't fill my husband up per their mistake, and she would give me a dinner free. I can't saw anything but thank you and l had to cook after.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids meal selection.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have wheelchair accessibility

While I do believe there is room for growth in how to handle extremely busy nights I can say that I did not encounter any bad attitudes with staff and these days that’s a plus. Christmas night this location was booming and most staff were moving quickly doing their best to keep up. I did ask to speak with the Manager who came from the kitchen to listen to my concern and he went above and beyond after hearing me; I so appreciate that. Shoutout to KEVIN for delivering excellent customer service something I as a former customer service manager in retail and now in my businesses take a lot of pride in. Thanks to Hooters for opening your doors on Christmas night and all staff that showed up when you could’ve been elsewhere as most are closed. It was a cold and rainy night for sure. Again thanks Kevin for taking a moment to both listen and deliver! Awesome job!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visited this place last night. The service was horrible. Our server Ashani was less than attentive. She sat in the corner talking and playing on her phone. They forgot to put pickles on my daughter sliders and the sauce on the chicken. We made her aware and she looked surprised as if we didn’t request it with the order. We asked for refills, she walked away and went back to her corner to talk. I walked over and asked are you going to get our drinks and sauce? She responded” they are making it in the back” I asked the drinks as well? “Yes”. Keep in mind I can see the drink station so I know she was lying. She walked over to make the drinks after I sat down. She brought over the drinks and told us if we needed anything else Alexis we take care of it. She was clearly consumed with other things. She wasn’t getting a tip after that and we tip very well. Alexis made a quick tip for being nice and attentive for 5 minutes.The food was horrible except the shrimp. The burgers were over cooked and dry. The Texas quesadillas were too salty. I didn’t eat them. There were only 6 customers in the restaurant three of which was my family. This was my daughter’s first visit and mine in over 20 years and it will be our last at this location for sure.The bathroom smells like the sewage line is backed up.
