I’m big on reviews and I absolutely had to leave a review. Eric the manager was wonderful. My mom steak was cold and wasn’t well done. And he went up and beyond to make sure she was satisfied before we left. Not too many managers would do that. This is my families number one to go spot when we want a quick meal. And this is why. The customer service is wonderful !! And the food is also good.

Service was horrible, didn't get the complete meal together, waited till almost done eating to get the rest of it. Super disappointed asking 3 times for it.Tried it again.... waited excessively long to get meals after ordering.This place is going to the bottom of the list!

The service is usually amazing at this location but tonight, NO! We were seated and we must’ve waited for about 10-15 minutes for someone to greet us and take our order then we see the waitress visit the customers across from us and the customers at the booth behind us but did not even acknowledge us at all. She walked right past us. A simple ‘“I’ll be with you in just a moment” would’ve sufficed but we got nothing. So we got up and left. Awful service!

This LongHorn is tasty! We had a 45 minute wait because we forgot you can check-in online, but it wasn't too bad with seating for waiting both indoors and outside it was nice to just sit and communicate with family. The food came quickly and the service was really friendly. The steak was so juicy and perfectly cooked and seasoned. They currently have a "Street Corn" on the menu I ended up making my entire meal. It was so juicy and fresh. If this was a frozen corn I wouldn't be able to tell. I highly recommend you try it if you are a corn lover like me. If you order a Strawberry Lemonade and don't like it too sweet I'd recommend asking your waiter to be easy on the syrup (mine was just missing some Tequila and it would have been a perfect margaritas because of how sweet it was).
Always an enjoyable experience. Good food with good prices.
