Steak and shake has the best shake machines that have ever been made. There machines are always working not like all the other restaurants that always say sorry our shake machine is down.
Got asked to pull forward so we could get fresh fries. The temp of the fries we were given were Luke warm at best. We tested them right after they were given. Wasn't worth the money

I was so disappointed! I went in and sat down and no one came to get my order a customer looked at me and said you have to order on a kiosks in the front corner. What has happened to customer service? Come on people get back to normal! Covid is over!! Hire people!
