Last night during dine in, we had the pleasure of being served by a young lady name Haley. Let me start by saying, we come eat here about 4-5 times a month and this was by far, some of the best service we've received from Texas Roadhouse. We had a party of 7, 3 of which were children. Haley was EXTREMELY patient, pleasant and so attentive to our needs. We never had to even ask for refills. She was on point from the time we sat down to the time we walked out the door. She smiled the whole time she was serving us and every time we asked for something, she reassured it that she was glad to get it or assist. This young lady is truly an asset to this restaurant and I hope they acknowledge it. Thank you Haley for TOP NOTCH customer service. You were AMAZING!!!!

It's Texas Roadhouse. They have better steaks than Long horn. The margs are light on alcohol but for $5, you can't complain too much. The service was very good. Food and refill were timely, and I didn't feel rushed at all.

I come often to this location and I had the pleasure of being accommodated by the sever Jeanna.Her level of service, recommendations, attention to detail, friendly and welcoming service was outstanding. It’s hard to find great service these days. Jeanna was astounding. We will for sure be back and ask for her every-time.

Their signature bread is great. Their lemonade is great. But the food was just standard. The French fries were terrible. I had steak, it was good. Also burger, the burger was below standard imo. Overall, good restaurant, but possibly bad choices of food on my part.
The napkins were filthy. It was so despicable I lost my appetite. The smell of the restaurant booth where we sat, was horrible the appetizer not edible it had , so much salt on it. The Waiter who served people across from us had on booty shorts and kept digging in her shorts and in her nose. The last time I had gone there in February the service was horrible. The food wasn’t right either. I decided to give it another chance, but not again. Out of all the locations that I’ve been to Hiram is the worst.
My first time here...wait time was looong (call ahead to join the waiting list). The food was delicious. I had a combo plate of ribs and sirloin, everything was well-cooked and delicious. I wished they had a better selection of apps and sides.

It was very crowded, but I enjoyed the conversation with the other guest. The atmosphere was great. So, the wait didn't seem long at all. The waitress was very nice. I wish I could remember her name. Food and drinks were very good. I will definitely return.
