I ordered online for a pick up. I arrived about 15 minutes after oak inc the order that said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. When I got there I was told The drink machine wasn’t working so I could only get water or ice. Both orders of fries were room temperature, soggy and not seasoned. It took multiple loud “excuse me’s” to try and get the attention of the three workers who were talking loud over the blaring music so they couldn’t hear me. When I finally got one...read full review

This place is absolutely disgusting. I watched one of the employees mixing wings right after eating his food and licking his fingers. I had to wait what felt like 5 years and there is not any kind of customer service here. I just left , it was too nasty. I’ve also order off of Uber eats about twice and each time my order was not what I asked for !
