I can not say enough wonderful things about this store, they really stepped up and corrected MY mistake! I had placed a order for a work meeting and did not pay attention to what location was selected and when I got to this store to pick it up (which obviously did not exist) the manager Carry got right on it and her and her team jumped to get the order made and even called the location I mistaking ordered from to let them know my mix up as she could tell it had been a rough day for me. I was just so impressed with the customer service! Did I mention this was right in the middle of their lunch rush and by the looks of things they had enough on their plate but handled the situation with such kindness and pose, I was really impressed and more so, grateful! This location is always so busy and I can see its because they have amazing staff and management so of course that leads to more business. Thank you to Carry and her team for your kindness and professionalism and for saving the day in a situation that was not your fault! You will never know how much I needed your small acts of kindness today, it really turned my crappy day around! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Gluten Free Celiac Review - This Jersey Mikes is the best one I have been to in terms of safety regarding cross contamination. We went during a lunch rush after baseball games on a Saturday, and they had no problem making my gluten free sandwich separately in the back. I watched as they made the sandwich and was fine with everything until the lady making it grabbed lettuce from the main area to put on my sandwich. I was going to let it go and not eat it, since it was cross-contaminated, but ended up bringing it to her attention after she finished the first sandwich. When I explained to her why I was uncomfortable eating that sandwich she didn’t hesitate before making me another sandwich, this time with lettuce from the back that had not been touched with gluten hands. I enjoyed my sandwich & did not get sick. The best part of the entire experience was the woman making my sandwich listening to my concerns and learning why the lettuce wasn’t safe for me to eat. I will definitely be using this location as a regular, safe, spot to eat.

i order the cheesesteak in a bowl from so many other stores but for some reason this location adds lettuce even though lettuce is deselected. when i told them they said all bowls come with lettuce even if you don’t want it… you have to add it to special directions if you don’t want lettuce??? the bowl simply replaces the bread. it’s not a lettuce bowl… n e who they remade the order. but i just won’t go to this location anymore… soggy wilted lettuce on hot menu items being mandatory in a bowl is insane…

I ordered a Philly cheese steak and as one lady goes to the grill and stars cooking the meat the other is beside her warming up the bread. Both conversating as I am the only one in the restaurant and just looking straight at the grill at how there cooking the meat. The one cooking the meat starts scaping the grill and leaves the black goo on the grill and mixes it with the meat. I was so embarrassed to say anything but I was not going to eat that and I was really craving a Philly cheese steak. So I politely said what I saw and both denied it then the one cooking got a attitude and started cooking it again on the side and before she finishes it she slides it back to where she was scraping the grill and mix it up again. Then hands it to me with a attitude. I was so upset but I knew tention was high so I just left. In the mean time the second lady disappeared for the second sub. I could tell she was embarrassed. I am going to call another location to see if i can speak with a manager. Horrible experience... I only put 1 star because they make you put a star. Now I'm hesitant to go back if they cook like this all the time.

It has been some time since I have visited here and been in the mood for a while. I finally made my way in and it was packed. The staff knocked it out easily. They have a system and get it done. I ordered a giant original Italian. I forgot to take a picture because I destroyed it. I guess I will have to go back?. I think it is a little pricey but worth it. Everyone is pleasant and the service is fast and courteous. If you are in the mood for a sub, go and get one with their freshly sliced deli meat. Your stomach will thank you!

No bread at a sandwich shop...And to reply back, my wife specifically asked if they were just out of that bread and they said they had no bread. There were also people eating just meat with no bread in the store, but thank you for your snooty response.
I paid $11 for a 6 inch roast beef which was pretty good! Be prepared that when you pay they're going to want you to tip them 15% or more. This tipping hourly worker trend for walk in walk out service is got to stop! Pay your people right to begin with. The poor workers just hopping to get tiped but the owner is getting theirs in full every time. Business Manager are doing this to sell the job to the worker, when it looks like to the public your so cheap your now asking your customers to help out your workers.

This is the best location I have visited. All the employees are super friendly and prompt. I have never had an issue with the amount of toppings on my sub. Today I had the original Italian cold sub. Generous portions of ham, prosciutto, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni, topped with provolone cheese. I normally get the turkey and provolone. I haven't ordered anything here I don't love. All the ingredients are always fresh and the tea is great as well. I went during lunch time and was in and out within 10 minutes.Vegetarian options: This place has the option of a cold or hot sandwich. They offer green bell peppers, onion, tomato, lettuce and a variety of cheeses. You also have an option of a ’sub in a tub'. Sauces are oil and vinegar, honey mustard, thousand island, ranch, mayo, chipotle mayo, BBQ, marinara, and Frank's red hot.

I went to Jersey Mike's today and got two sandwiches one for me and one for this homeless guy and the two girls that were working, I wish I got their names. They helped me out so much. They comped his food, They comped some of my food and they gave him a bunch of free things and helped me out. I was very appreciated with the two girls and the service was amazing. It was fast and they were very sweet girls, I really appreciated them a lot I wish every place was like that with good service, two workers that were amazing and helped me out with this guy and his food.

Put in an online pick up order. Our order was wrong when we got it home. We called and politely asked what happened and we were rudely told they were out of bacon. We were still charged for the bacon sub. There was missing toppings on several sandwiches and wrong toppings on some. We were told to “just pick off the toppings” but what about the missing toppings?They were not nice on the phone at all.
