These guys really took care of me. I know what it’s like y’all, and it’s so easy to dismiss simple mistakes. Everyone from the cook to the window showed up and made sure I was taken care of. This visit aside, everyone taking orders is enthusiastic, everyone making orders makes them as though for themselves. I respect that. Shoutout Demetris!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible customer service. I'll never come back.I ordered through the app, and went through the drive through. After parking, I discovered that both my crunchwrap and potatoes were incorrect. They both had sour cream on them and I asked for that to be removed.Went inside the restaurant to have it rectified and a tall African American man asked me to open up the crunchwrap, take it apart and show him the sour cream. He remade the potatoes while complaining very loudly about "lost revenue". I asked him to remake the crunchwrap as well since I had to tear it apart (at his request). I don't want to eat something that it is in pieces. He stomped off and brought back a tall, blonde woman. She was furious. She started slaming things around while complaining about lost revenue and how they're losing so much money over a crunchwrap. She then made a fuss over throwing the old food away "so the customer won't eat the free food". After that she threw the crunchwrap at me and said "here".What a ridiculous interaction! Want to know about lost revenue? I won't come back, and I'll be sure to tell everyone what happened.
Best tacobell in cherokee county. Must of them are a dump. Tacobell isn't normally my thing but I like a crunch wrap.They haven't messed mine up yet. If they ever put sour cream on it, I'll come back and change my review.

We rarely eat low quality food, such as fast food, but we decided to do so today as we were rushing to get some things done. We used to eat Taco Bell in years past so we know how the food tasted back then. Todays food was so horrible that I ended up nauseous for the rest of the day. The Mexican pizza that we each ate had a plastic flavor in the crunchy tostada shells. We have both burped this nasty flavor all afternoon and evening. The tomatoes on top of the Mexican pizza were green and we had to rake them off to the side. We will not be visiting another Taco Bell any time soon. Yuk!

Listen, I'm a reasonable man. I love tacos. I love Taco Bell. However, closing at 10 PM on any given night is absolutely unacceptable. It's anti-taco bell. It's anti-American. Nobody wants a Taco Bell taco at anytime before 8 PM. How are you going to leave a 2 hour window for people to get tacos?! Seriously disappointed but also seriously surprised. Why do you think you have 2 stars? Why do you think the last sixes road Taco Bell failed? Give the people what they want. Amen.
