“If you want to experience the best ice cream around the Athens area then drive to La Michoacana. Every time I’m in the area I always make a point to stop to enjoy their ice cream. It’s definitely worth the drive but just be ready that sometimes the line is out the door!Parking: Parking is very limited at times.“

The customer service is always great when we go in!! We have been to the one in Myrtle Beach and they finally opened the one in Athens Ga! Great location!!“

“Cute locally owned ice cream shop by a kid who grew up in Athens. Great variety of ice creams and good prices for large portions. Employee was super nice and funny even though it was his first week on the job and he was still learning. Have seating inside and outside to enjoy while you eat. Highly recommend!“

“Outstanding little place for ice cream/custard no matter what time time of year. We were out of town and our nieces wanted ice cream so we came here. The staff was great - they all smiled and were helpful/patient with orders from the little ones.The brownie was heated - nice touch! The custard milk shake was heavenly. Did not think it would like it as much as I did.Super clean. Highly recommended“
