Starbucks seems to have trouble keeping trained staff at their full service stores during the COVID-19 lockdown so now you'll get a better chance at getting a decent cup of coffee at an Ingles or Kroger Starbucks.
This one can be hit or miss depending on who's working and the time of day. Im usually there right at opening. Most of the time, things are good. But certain staff take forever. Coffee and food are always good regardless. It's the service that's spotty.

I love this Starbucks! My order is always perfect no matter what I get. Always greeted with a smile, employee's are super nice at this location. Looking behind the counter it's always clean. I'm a regular and a few of the employees know what I'm getting when I walk through the door before I even order. Definitely my favorite Starbucks. All around 5*****
