Went through to order the new bird dogs paid for the combo left and was surprised there was only 1 bird dog was like man that’s pricey just for one. This was a few days ago now I see it’s supposed to come with two. Bonjangles done ripped me off a bird dog or didn’t train correctly on new menu items

Went and purchased an 8 piece family meal. Total was 31.10. Gave the lady 31.25 and she did not give me change! I know .15 is a small amount but it was not her right to keep it! I tried to call her on it and she closed the window without even a thank you!!! ( I probably would have given her the change)

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal on the app today and the option to change what came on it didn't appear on the app. I went ahead and ordered it and went thru the drive thru and told the cashier about it and if I could change it. I was rudely told that it was already made and they wouldn't make another one unless I drove back around the drive thru and paid for another one. We eat here usually at least once a week sometimes more than that but I guess after all the money I've spent there it would bankrupt bojangles to fix another sandwich. I will no longer go to this location.

My father in law is blind and has hearing loss this is his favorite place to go to and normally there's no issues he can't have mayo because it upsets his stomach we did door dash and clearly it said NO mayo his had mayo and mine had lettuce im allergic to lettuce my throat will closeWe had to trade meals which wasn't a big deal but I expect better from Bojangles

My mother is deaf with a cochlear implant and couldn’t hear through the speaker very good. She very clearly said what she wanted and when we got to the window she realized she was missing food. She explained what was missing and offered to pay the difference. The cashier got and attitude was very aggressive with me and my mother and we asked for a manager who also was very rude and volatile, we offered to pay as we just wanted out drink and other meal and they wouldn’t take it. We ended up just leaving at that point. We said sorry and explained the how my mother was deaf. I thought the restaurant was called “bojangles” not “dicks”
Sadly this Bojangles is not been up to par for quite some time now. But that's the same for every restaurant in Jasper. Do not expect them to listen when you have specific orders unless they know who you are because you will just be frustrated. I am a local and I have to go inside nearly every single time just to make sure they get my order correct. When you use the drive-thru you have maybe a 50/50 shot. You'd be better off going to another one of the biscuit places in town to be honest with you it's just really not worth it just spend your hard-earned money there on food the subpar and service that is even worse.
