She literally saved the day and fixed a cake that somebody else made super last minute that didn’t meet my vision… She was incredibly kind and so so sweet. Made with love and care by the young man who definitely gave me one of the best smiles.. He was super friendly and had great customer service skills. “The staff was very sweet and kind the manager was extremely sweet i ordered a cake and got there and the manager was decorating it I did not mind waiting a few min because cakes take more then just a second to make and they were working extremely hard to make sure things where done correct they are under new management and have turned the store around a full 360 from when I was in here before I definitely will be bringing my family back and can not wait to see there smiling faces agin thank you great American cookie for the awesome experience“
