The service was beyond a doubt the slowest I've ever seen at a fast food place! There was 2 cars in front of me and we honestly sat in line for nearly a half an hour. Ludowici do better!!

Ordered some shakes and blizzard. And for some reason the order came out wrong. And when I say wrong it just came missing something. I asked for the order to be corrected and all I got was a 5 year old temper tantrum from one of the employees . He grabbed one of the shakes and threw it in the trash can. I guess he didn’t like that I questioned my order that I paid for because he acted very unprofessional . At this point I was still questioning my order and now another employee(she) was getting aggravated so I took my time to go inside the store to talk to them. The environment was hostile to me and they were very rude and they didn’t let me get my point across. Another employee was across the counter just laughing at me the whole time that I was there like my complaint was a joke to her. When I asked for the store number and managers name their response was “ GOOGLE IT”. I was given a name but I don’t know if is real or fake name (Shayla) Hopefully she reaches out to me to address this unprofessional and incompetent behavior. Because right now this employees are making this store manager look very bad

Got the $7 meal with chicken strips, side and a frozen treat. Chicken was good and got cheese curds as my side. Super good, my sunday happily upgraded to the new Reese Royal Blizzard. Love going to Dairy Queen and don't usually have any complaits.

Sat in drive Thru for 45 minutes to get smothered BBQ chicken Instead of gravy dip. Sundae was missing toppings and had very little chocolate. OREO blizzard turned out to be butter finger. not all the way on sprite causing it to spill.
