Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes yesterday morning waiting on someone to take our order. Then the lady was so dang rude she practically threw my food and drinks at me. We were the first ppl in line yesterday morning and they were rude as hell.

Terrible Service, Extremely Slow, Never seen such a slow order taking process, each car was spending 5 or more mins waiting on someone to take there order, the help could careless and it was very obvious. The quality of help is terrible and the prices are extremely high for what you get. Quarter Pounder, Fries, Kids Meal $17.80+.

Showed up to order at 10pm and they were open until 11pm per their website. A worker was outside and placed an orange cone in front of my car saying they weren't taking orders because they were "short staffed" an hour before closing time. I asked to talk to the manager and the worker said there's no manager here...They served numerous cars in front of me but miraculously at 10pm they were short staffed???
