Literally the worst customer service in Jesup. Everytime I go there the service is horrible. I'm not expecting Chick-fil-A service but any service is better than what they keep up there. Until a change the food isn't worth it.

Drive thru employees are rude, and unprofessional. I tried ordering a meal for my family, I told them I needed a minute to figure out what they wanted because we hadn't been to this location before. The drive thru employee said "okay", then proceeded to say "order whenever you're ready", 3 times within under 5 minutes to where I gave up and started ordering. Immediately after I get the first words out my mouth she tells me to "pull up to the last window". When I say I'm not done she says ok, and I continue. Everytime I get a part of the order out "are you done?" Like..no? I'll say when I'm done. We finally get to the window, she doesn't tell me how much it is prior so I can't prepare. She then tells me at the window and rolls her eyes and walks off when I have to unlock my card?? Finally get through that and she hands 2 bags to me, before snatching them out of my hands. A few moments later she shoved them back, causing me to almost drop them? And then after all that we're still missing parts of our order, and she closed the drive thru window on us. I will never be coming back to this location, completely unprofessional and rude. Train your employees better or hire new ones.

The drive thru is very unprofessional. Employees making random noises. I spent 45 dollars on food and was missing half the meal (A Baconator burger) when I got home and I sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting on the food.

Was raining and had gotten cold out was traveling back k home when I decided to pull into Wendy's for a good hot bowl of chili...associates were friendly facility was clean but most of all The Chili Was Great warmed me right up..Will be back for more!!

Usually when we go through drive thru in the jesup ga location we are met with rude service and they always mess up our big orders... tonight we went through there and had the best service we have ever had and didnt leave there mad and aggrivated!! The womans name was andrea... she was awesome!! Great service, very sweet, and eager to help us!! Please get more like her!!! Employees like her are rare there at that location and valuable!!

This drive-thru has the rudest and most non caring employees I believe I have ever seen on a consistent basis. I come thru 3 to 4 times a week and normally the person taking the order is ok but the food is always slung out the window at you and the window closed without a "Thank You" , "Have a Good Day" , or anything. They are just flat out consistently rude. Definitely not the South Georgia attitude I'm use to. If I was not coming to pick up food for someone else when I make these trips I would not come back. From the consistent non caring attitudes I can see it that there is a lack of proper leadership and management. This isn't a ever now and then thing it the normal day to day attitude at Wendy's Drive Thru.
