Food is not too heavy and environment is great. Chef Dinesh and his team is friendly and provide good service. I recommend this place to many of my friends.Vegetarian options: Palak paneer, Daal and many optionsParking: It has many parking options to park as this is located in a Market Place area

We chose Chef Dinesh to celebrate a special occasion. While the food was good, the service was terrible which ruined the vibe. We paid over $200 and were left with a bad taste in mouth due to the poor service. The lady who was serving that area hardly made eye contact even though there were only three tables with people. When we ordered a drink she said she has to check if the ingredients were available, and then totally ignored us for half an hour even while serving drinks to the other tables. The soft spoken guy who served our appetizers was nice and handled us well from then on but the damage was done. If it were a fast food place at a lower price it’s fine, but when the price is high and marketed as $$ the service has to match. There’s plenty of choice in the area and Chef Dinesh is off our list due to poor service.

We came here for a holiday party. The party was on a Friday evening, everything was pre-planned. There seemed to be only 4 people working in the entire restaurant. The food took forever to come, even though it was buffet style dinner. Also, an hour or so into our reservation, we were told the bar needed to be closed due to an "inspection". This was a pretty bad experience for myself and everyone who was in attendance. I hope the restaurant and service gets better, but I won't be there to find out if it does or not.

Once again what a Spectacular New Year party it was at Chef Dinesh Cafe. The new Sapphire banquet is really grand and all the arrangements were just awesome including delicious food, amazing bellet dancers and superb DJ floor. My family had so much fun there and we enjoyed at the fullest with awesome crowd.

Experience: (1/5)We went for dinner in a group of 9. Good music. Starting with service they don’t have any. We had to set up our table carrying our plates . The tables and chairs are the most uncomfortable ones! The tables are not even , we had to literally balance to keep our plates and glasses to not get spilled. Not sure if that is the closest experience you want to provide!Food:The starters we ordered like samosa , papdi chat, fish were edible. (3/5)The time taken for main course felt like they weren’t ready to get a group at 730pm for dinner. However all the veg dishes were floated with oil and dripping ghee . Garlic not cooked which made everything taste bitter. Naan was good! Kathi roll not good at all too . So overall (1/5)

Nice and clean dining with tablecloths. Food was prepared fresh and was prepared accordingly in regards to spice level. The serving portion was great. Service was also very friendly and prompt.

I ordered take out from here twice. Both times I ordered, the orders came out quite pricey, but I feel like that's pretty normal for Indian food, especially in the Johns Creek area. While I did not dine in, I did see the inside of the restaurant when I went in to pick up. It seems like a pretty peaceful place to have a nice dinner. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food tasted pretty good, and they are very generous with their basmati rice, which is not always the case for Indian restaurants.

We booked this place for an office party. Open bar upfront paid for. This place is the worst dining experience i or my colleges have ever had. First. The guy at the bar sees 12 people gathered around the bar and doesn’t even ask one person what they want. The drinks were atrocious. Every person had to wave down the bartender while he kept going back to his phone while everyone was just watching and really just laughing. At first, it was stupid funny but then they refused to give to go boxes on food already paid for. Then they close the bar down for majority of the party for an inspection. What restaurant gets inspected at 7pm on a Friday night. We tried calling the owner or manager and neither were were around. Again. Why is there atleast not a manager during an inspection. Danger. Stay away.

Worst experience… I had planned a holiday party here and had a horrible experience. They close the bar in between the party for almost 2 hours. Quality of Food was very poor. They are understaff due to which no one was there to serve and address the concerns. Staff was rude. Despite bringing up our concerns to the staff, response was lackluster. There was no effort to remedy the situation or even offer an apology for the disappointing experience.I would not recommend anybody to do any kind of event here.

I have ordered few times from Dinesh Cafe and the food was always good. This time on aSaturday evening the chicken tikka was stale (see picture) and it was very very hard. How do they expect a customer to eat this? Fish tikka was a rip off with less pieces. Most of the restaurants after Covid, the quantity has reduced and also the quality.I called the restaurant and they asked me to raise complaint with Door Dash and get refund. But Door Dash is offering 5 dollar refund on a 60 dollar bill. This is nothing but a rip off from food apps and restaurants.

Tried the weekend buffet which we thought was very expensive for what you get also considering other similar options nearby. The food was nothing great., just ok The rice was not fresh. The goat curry was all bones. The goat curry and chicken curry looked and tasted the same. The best thing was the fresh naan they bring to the table and the pakora kadhi. There were only 2 tables occupied. Would not go again considering other cheaper and better quality options nearby. Buffets are always tough to maintain quality when you have the traffic! Ala carte might be better.
