This chipotle is the worst!!!!!! I have been there multiple times, orders have been wrong and late consistently. This last time I went they were so behind with the schedule, food was everywhere on the counter and very sloppy, workers are using the same gloves to handle food, touch the register and adjust their clothing, totally disgusting and horrible service. I won’t be going back.

We placed a Chipotlane order through the app and were told the ETA was 7 minutes. Turns out they got a ton of online orders and were really backed up. Understandable - but there was no communication about this, and when we went inside to ask about it, we were rudely told there was a "policy" that only one person could handle the online orders between 5:30-7:30, despite the inside line being much less backed up. They refused to do anything to help us, and the order with a 7-minute ETA wound up taking nearly an hour to be filled. There are other Chipotles in the area - we won't be returning to this one.

Victor is amazing!!! There was a gentlemen that ordered so much food , requested to have all side items put in containers , plus he had a couple more additional requests. Victor politely accommodated him by this time I had been waiting 15 minutes . At the very end the gentleman requested cheese , very politely victor explained to the gentleman that the cheese wasn’t at proper temperature just yet and he couldn’t sell it just yet . The gentleman then requested a few other things then asked about the cheese yet and . Victor told him again that he couldn’t sell the cheese just yet . The man so rudely walked away and left Al the food that was just made for him , then walked back inside asking for names like someone had done him wrong. I truly admire Victor because he was so patient and polite the entire time , never got upset he just humbly moved on to take my order . That’s what you call AMAZING customer service!!!!

I only stopped through on my way to Athens but had a great experience! I’ve been consistently disappointed by Chipotle, but this location held redemption! I was greeted by multiple employees, food was fresh and well stocked. All around very pleased!

The restaurant is very clean, the restrooms are also very clean. The staff is always very friendly, attentive, and they all had a smile on their face. The food all looked fresh and they aren’t skimpy with the amount of food they give you. They give you a good portion. I’ve never been disappointed at this particular location. Thanks.Dietary restrictions: They have an option for all types of diets.Parking: There isn’t much space to park in front of the establishment.

Worst Chipotle ever. Tacos were already cold when I picked them up, and they left the chips off my $8 large guac and chips order. No way to call or contact this store - the contact number takes you into an endless loop of demanding an order. No live human will answer the phone. There are plenty of local Mexican restaurants around that provide decent food and service. I don't know why I bothered with chipotle.
