This is my favorite location for Firehouse Subs in the area. The owner is very nice and friendly and they always put care into making the sandwiches. The food is fresh and delicious. My favorite sandwich is the Hook and Ladder. The salads are delicious as well.

Very nice staff. Easy location. They have been there for years in a small shopping strip in the heart of Johns Creek just across the street from the South Forsyth County border. Probably a better one of the locations. I had the Engineer with Turkey, Swiss, and mushrooms. I’m just not a fan of the food at any of the local locations, or other cities I’ve been to over the past several years. To me, there’s just not much flavor. Very bland. Not a fan. I know it’s like a cult following for those who love it, and maybe that’s why I’ve given it several, several chances, but it’s not a cult following for everybody else.

ALWAYS have a problem at this location. Even had a confirmation my order was ready 30 minutes after ordering on the app. Staff couldn't find it. I'd give a zero for this location if I could. Will never go back to this location. Went to Jimmy John's for the first time and they had it ready before I could even sit down.

This store closes at 9:00pm tonight I walked in at 8:24. The counter worker said you are coming late but it's still 30mins left like I was holding up her closing duties. A little short of a decent welcome.

Ordered the meatball sub. Flavorful and fresh, prep took a little under 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and responsive. Firehouse has always served me quality meals and would rate them just slightly below Jersey Mike's but a reasonable alternative. Certainly a step up from Subway, though more expensive.

Got a philly sandwich with peppers, onions and cheese. From being greeted to checkout and ultimately the sandwich the experience was horrible. The sandwich literally had a spec of cheese included. The peppers and onions when present tasted like something cooked a week ago. For a $15 sandwich I would expect more then what I got for a day when there were only 2 other customers in the location at noon. I do not recommend this location and suggest people find a better place to spend their money.
