Got a text saying table was ready, got there ON TIME, then continued to wait for 25 mins to get seated on table next to the kitchens. Nicely asked to be seated on a different booth that was empty, and they cleared the table for us, but we had a family emergency and had to leave. WE profusely apologized for any inconvenience we caused them, and the hostess ROLLED HER EYES AT US, AND POINTS TOWARDS THE DOOR. Most ridiculous "customer service" I've ever encountered. I feel like they didn't care about us because we were students. Never going here again. Would give 0 stars if I could. ?

We always wait so long here for foods and they oftenly served wrong dishes or serve late. But their foods are fresh and delicious. So my freinds oftenly visit here. I like the house coffee and Asai bowl here. Omelete are main dish here. I would visit here soon.

Attention food delivery drivers this place they will waste your time and care nothing about when or how long it takes you to get your food completely ignored by multiple people after waiting 15 minutes on my food thanks for costing me about $30 it's okay it's not your money right?

I want to give this place zero stars. My family of 13 (one was a toddler needing a high chair) waited almost a whole hour. They said they were working on clearing the whole back row of tables for us. Next thing we know, they seated a different family of 4 that came after us in one of those tables and wanted my family to squeeze into the remaining tables that only fit 8-9 of us. We overheard someone in the back tell the workers not to even give us that whole row, despite us clearly needing the space. Even when they saw us try to squeeze in unsuccessfully with people in our family still standing, they didn’t care. It was a blatant in-your-face insult! We had to leave and go to ihop for better service

Probably the worse one I’ve been to yet. My partner and I ordered the French toast, comes with butter and a berry compote- which we didn’t end up receiving when it first came out and when asked for it the service food runners had a slight attitude or frustration about it. My partner had a cooked onion in his French toast. Adding 2 eggs was almost $5 each now And the menu has changed with weird amounts. The French toast, eggs, and fruit on the Floridian toast was very plain, minimal , and definitely not worth what was paid for. They are currently hiring right now according to the signs on their windows but I definitely wouldn’t want to work there considering the service experience that I have because everyone looked miserable and extremely unhappy to be there. It really shouldn’t have been packed up the way that it was- needs a complete re-do on everything.

Server was good. Cashier had a horrible attitude and exceptionally slow. Took over 10 minutes in a long line to pay. Line was backed up due to how slow cashier was. Food was not good enough to put up with such poorly run place.
