My mom loves this place and I see why! The broth is flavorful & loved the sides. The sauces are really good & the service is always fantastic! It's a great place to spend time with family & enjoy some good hotpot with family!

Extremely small portions… Do not go here

The food quality was not very good, premium beef was the only good one. I would not recommend this place, even with the low prices.

This is an excellent Shabu/hotpot restaurant, one of the best I have ever tasted. I would give above 5 stars. The beef and assortment of vegetables are great and dipping sauces are very tasty with customizable spice. The vegetable broth in the pot is delicious, especially by the end of your meal after everything has been cooked in it. I love eating the noodles in the deliciousbroth at the very end. Portion sizes are generous. Could not recommend this place any more for a healthy and delicious meal.

If I could give Gom Shabu Shabu 6/5 stars I would! I always stop by when I'm visiting town and look forward to my next visit! The food is so delicious. I usually get the premium beef. It also comes with tons of vegetables and other assorted foods. The broth is flavorful and I absolutely love the dip sauce that they provide. I usually through at least 2 of those sauces. After cooking all the food in the broth, it becomes even more delicious and flavorful to cook the noodles and make a noodle soup. The portion is also very generous! Service is also great. The food comes out so fast after ordering and they have a button at the table to press whenever we need something else!

Overall: 2/5This place is not horrible, but it’s not great either, so I would recommend going to other places for hot pot instead. It took a few minutes to get someone’s attention when I got here. Nobody was sitting at the front and I tried calling out to see if anyone could hear me. It might have been too loud of if the music so they couldn’t hear me calling out/the door opening, but it wasn’t until the food runner saw me that someone got up and seated me. They didn’t walk around to check up on me and ask whether I needed anymore water or not, so service was mediocre. The hot pot lunch options were a bit pricy for the portion of meat they gave you. They only had one broth option, which was a vegetable/fish broth, so it was pretty disappointing. It also didn’t look like you could make your own sauce either cause they had 5 options/spice levels for sauce on the menu, but I was able to ask for some vinegar at least. I didn’t explore the sauces that much so I’m not sure of any other limitations, if any. Also, the pot is pretty deep, so be careful as you might burn yourself on the rims. I had to be really careful to avoid hurting myself.Vegetable portion wise, I think it’s okay for a single person, but they did not give enough meat. For the hot pot lunch special, they gave you one plate of bean sprout, a combination plate that contained the following: red cabbage, corn, Napa cabbage, bok choy, tteok (2), hot dog (1/2), fish stick (1/2), fish cake (1), imitation crab (1), & glass noodles, and a small plate of your choice of meat.

Great food and fun experience. I had the beef and vegetables. The staff was very helpful to those of us that didn't know exactly how to eat that style.I would definitely return

I had an enjoyable lunch here. I chose seafood option. It came with some shrimp, clams and octopus. There was a good plate of vegetables but the amount of bean sprouts was a little too much. The premade sauce was good but I prefer making my own sauces. The service was pretty good. Pricing was very good.

Tasty food that is also healthy. I do have to eat rice/noodle at the end with the broth to feel completely full. They seem a little understaffed.

Be ware for the hot pot menu,it’s not unlimited,no buffet style,no refills,no choices for broth either, they offer only one broth, the pictures you see is all you got,if you want more, you need to pay more. If you want regular hot pot with various choices and make your own sauces, go somewhere else. The price is cheaper too.

This is their new Korean ginseng/herbal whole chicken broil (baeksuk). It was amazing~ perfect for the weather. One order was enough for 3 of us. ?

I've read most of the reviews before coming here but because most of the reviews that were bad had nothing to do with the food, more of service complaints etc. with that being said, I still decided to go here for lunch with my colleagues. We got there and ordered drinks. We ended up getting 2 premium beef, 1 pork and 1 premium beef and shrimp. The broth is literally water with maybe a little seasoning, didn't like it. The amount of protein they gave is not worth the amount of money I had to pay. The sauce was pre made and it was decent, too much garlic for my liking and I love garlic. They do give you a lot of veggies and random stuff like half a hotdog lol I've never gotten a hot dog while eating Shabu/Hot Pot. I also came on a Saturday and the service was slow, there was only one staff member who did everything, hosting and serving. Although I don't regret trying this place because I'm not from Georgia, I am for sure not coming back.
