The customer service at THIS Kroger is absolutely terrible. It reflects the management and the job they do with training and hiring individuals. What a disgrace!!!

Don't go there. And if you go, then check your receipt very carefully, they over charged me by $9.55 for buying couple items. What the sign say is efferent of what they charge you. They are sneaky. And I went to customer service, and the kid told me it's his break and he can not help me.

This store is filthy. The bathroom is horrible. I have seen much cleaner porta potties. Don't I don't see how the employees are getting their hands clean in a filthy bathroom like that before touching stuff the customer I will come in contact with. Hard to find a parking spot close to the door because the employees take up all the close parking spots the rest, the stores on organized dirty. When I complain, I am told the person who cleans the bathroom is on vacation for a week that bathroom has not been cleaned in much more than a week and that is no excuse at all. I need to have somebody else do it if nobody else can do it the manager should be doing it.

One of the dirtiest Men's rooms I've ever seen. Looked like urine on the floor and toilet paper everywhere. If they can't clean a Men's room I don't think I want them handling my food.

This Kroger is just a mess and disgusting, shelves are never stocked, produce section with empty shelves and coolers. I don't know if it's the management or lack of help but I will take my business to Publix from now on. It's clean and the employees are always helpful. So Kroger , fire the manager or get some help!!!

The lines are always long. Tonight there is one cashier with long lines a couple of days before Christmas. But it is like this all the time. This store is managed very poorly.

Now this is what I expect from a Kroger! We are getting cheated with the one by where we live! It is so much les then this locations.You walk in and look to the right and you are welcomed with a huge produce section. Wonderful looking fruits and veggies that like a sirens song will lure you into the depths of their waters... amazing selections of whatever you might be wanting and most likely things you didn't even know you wanted as well but will buy.To the left is a very nice flower section. Well laid out, spacious, vast and fresh. (We bought flowers for the home... just couldn't pass them up.)As my wife and I wandered around we saw a large wine section, a wide selection of cheeses, many possibilities for our charcuterie board, and just so much selection!Again what a major change from the run down rinky-dink location we live down from.This is the place to shop.., however I have to say... Kroger is not priced right! Watch the prices... I am a competitive shopper and in a lot of cases Kroger is way out of line on their pricing. The normal oxy clean was 8$ more then their competition. The kombucha drinks I buy were 1$ more each bottle. Soda is about 2-3$ more per case then the competition. Things like paper towels, toilet paper and paper plates were all more then 20% more as well!Now the selection here is great! But you can really save buy getting your staples at the competitors... be sure you Target your shopping experience to help stretch those $$$!

If your looking for a clean and and happy environment unfortunately this is not the place. As soon as I came in i saw water leaking from a kiosk and i was grossed out because i stepped in it and when I told management (Troy) he dismissed as if that leak was normal. Imagine if I was a elderly woman I could have broken something. I think talking to management just made it even worse they were rude and dismissive.

This isn't my normal grocery, but I stopped by tonight after dinner to pick up a few things. It wasn't the experience I imagine their headquarters would be proud of. Filthy bathroom. Zero carts available. Tripping hazards all over the place. Given how expensive food has gotten these days, it would be nice if companies at least put a bit of effort into the shopping experience.

I usually shop this location because I love the gourmet cheese section. I was in the store around 1:00 pm and was perusing the department. There was a woman working in the department and I was never acknowledged after being there for a least five minutes. Suddenly I hear the woman cheerfully greet another female customer, even offered the customer samples of cheese. The other woman finished up her shopping and left the department. I attempted several times to make contact with the "Cheese Master", I think her name tag said Kara Lee, but to no avail. She refused to greet or even make eye contact with me. Someone should tell Ms Cheese Master that she should greet all customers who come into her department and not just those that she deems worthy.The one star is not for the entire store- just for my experience in the cheese department.

A crudely printed and condescendingly worded paper sign has been hastily taped to the markdown shelf and at the Guest Services counter for the past couple of months. The sign reads as follows: !!!ATTENTION!!! ALL MARK DOWN PURCHASES ARE FINAL!! NO MARKDOWNS CAN BE RETURNED!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This draconian return policy, unilaterally implemented by Saddlebrook Kroger store management directly contradicts Kroger Corporation's Mission and Values statement, Kroger's customer satisfaction guarantee, as well as Kroger's corporate return policy. Mr. Kroger Manager, tear down that sign.

I was in this Kroger location and noticed a rat scurrying across the floor. Notified manager. He said they hadn't seen that in a while. Didn't seem like there was any sense of urgency to identify exact location or remedy situation. Come to find out from other posts this is not the first time. I will NEVER shop here again.

Upon shopping one evening I came across two giant rats. I told the employee who seemed not to care about my concern. It was as if the rats were coworkers or something. I will never shop here again.

Terrible customer service. No one answered the phone for over 2 hours. It's filthy, bathrooms are filthy too, this is important to know because their employees use these bathrooms. For a flagship store, this is in a sad state.
