These place is really nice, but it’s more geared for upscale American rather than mexican. Service is excellent from what you would expect from a nice restaurant, but the food is horrible. Not mexican at all, and don’t even talk about the prices. I don’t expect to be priced cheap, but i’m assuming they think you are buying the experience not the food. I spent $50+ on a small lunch that was mid. This is the Mexican for americans, not for hispanics. Food is not good, just the service.

I ordered the Queso Fundido and Chorizo, Shrimp Diablo, and Jalapeño Margarita. I think I'd do the Shrimp and Margarita again, but not the queso (it was a great flavor, but hardened a bit too quickly, and became harder to scoop and eat). I'd definitely come back here. The ambiance was laid back, it was easy to relax and have conversation over a nice dinner.

We were happy to find a place with a corner booth to accommodate our group for a private gathering, but as we discussed where to meet next month, we decided no, we're not coming back for cold food, and chose another place up the street. Server was nice. Salsa was on the very spicy side.
