Love them. Can't wait to go back. Get the fried burrito.

This isn't as much a review of this restaurant which I love, as a public service announcement. As of Saturday, July 18, 2020 the restaurant has been closed for two weeks with a sign on the front door saying "closed for renovations." Their phone number goes to a voicemail box, and Google Maps still shows them as open, but they are not.

Sat outside. Was very clean.Food came out hot but order wasn't quite right and we didn't have fixings for fajitas. But drinks were great and waitress was nice. Definitely would go back

So I visited this location for the very first time and was really excited to go. We got to the restaurant and no one was around to get us . Finally upon stepping all the way in, I noticed someone at the end of the bar. We asked if we could make a Togo order and was told yes. I I placed my order however the entire time the guy behind the counter treated us as if we were bothering him. He was not attentive to us at all and we were the only family sitting at the bar. He was entertaining a group of people whom he seemed to know (which doesn’t really matter) it was just very obvious from his lack of care that we were there. Walking away while we’re asking questions . At one point I asked for a Togo cup for my kids and before I could tell him what I wanted in it, he brings over two empty styrofoam cups and walks away. It was a terrible experience just because if the customer service we received . I didn’t even want my food after that. I paid and left. Do better guys , I really wanted to enjoy the food

We ordered from Twisted Taco last night. The food was really good and Nick who gave me our food (pick up CLOVID-19 and all) went over and above. He made sure we had plenty of everything and expressed gratefulness at our patronage. We'll order again next weekend.

Good food, bad service. Came in after a stressful day to get tacos 45 mins before close. They had already shut down. The bartender asked me what I wanted and I said to order, she said sorry kitchen is closed. Didn’t offer water , a drink menu, anything. If you’re open until 11, I can’t get served at 10:15? That doesn’t make sense. 10:45-10:50 I could better understand. I felt embarrassed that I even walked in there. Funny thing is , I went the night before and ate and had a great time at the exact time with a different more kind bartender who wasn’t in a rush to get me out. So I know the food is good, but as long as I can’t know if I will get a rude or nice bartender, or even service , I won’t be back.

Every time I've been to this Twisted Taco location, the service has been seriously lacking. The servers come in an appropriate amount of time to greet you, but it's very obvious that they don't want to be there. The food and drinks, however, are always consistent in taste, which is a plus.

I received top notch service when I decided to have a foodie adventure at Twisted Taco. And to my surprise it really was an adventure if you like being served in a jail cell lol that's right a jail cell! It kinda reminded me of a western movie as far as their decor. They do have booths you can seat at as well. Of course I chose to be seated in the cell lol. There was a tv inside and we could even close the cell woooow! Our waiter was awesome very attentive and knowledgeable on the menu. They have a wide selection of tacos to choose from. I chose the tropical shrimp soft taco and the Korean BBQ soft taco. Their drink special for that day was a huge margarita for $5.99 so I said " let me have mango." Lol Everything was delicious and I will definitely be returning for lock up lol. Go and check out what I ate.

We went to the Twisted Taco on a Wednesday night at approximately 9:35. The Host was literally arguing with the server because she did not want anyone else sat in her section. When I walked in I asked the bartender were they about to close and he said no. There's no sign on the door for hours of operation, even though we felt ignored I also felt relief when other people came in about 15 minutes after us. Nobody wants a server that does not wish to serve them. By the way, she was never rude, just absent and the tacos were great.

I can't believe just a bunch of teenagers are running this business, after 45 minutes we meet our server ,she wasn't nice at all,she kept forgetting our order, she didn't bring my food until everybody in my party finished their food,

Simple menu with a variety of flavor options. Has a little something for everyone. I would say is a good place to take the family or just to hang out with friends.

Geez, I sure hate to pile on here but I think that I'm being generous by giving two stars. The server started off very good but then just disappeared towards the end of our meal which really added to our wait time to get out of there after eating. The place was near empty so I don't get it. My wife and I ordered the pound of shrimp fajitas for $24.99. I can't see how that was a pound of shrimp. The crazy part is that that price does not include beans and rice or tortillas. That was an extra $3.99! Way overpriced I thought. Then the food, bland as can be. As soon as the plate of shrimp fajitas came out, I could see that there was no seasoning at all. They tasted just like they looked. We drank some of their Imperial beers that they advertise on both the menu and on a big wall poster as $2 each. Well the bill came and there they are at $2.50. After the extra long wait for the server and the bill, I didn't have time to argue about it. After I mentioned it to him and pointed at the poster, I got a dumbfounded response of 'oh, sorry'. I left it at that. The Alpharetta location closed this week. Hmm.

I used to come here at least once a week a few years ago and it was my favorite place to eat. I came back to town and was so looking forward to eating here again, but it wasn't worth it in the slightest. This place is legitimate trash now. The food isn't the same whatsoever and when I tried to talk to management about it, she told me I was wrong and that nothing has changed. Our server was amazing and tried everything he could to make us happy but management wasn't having it. Nothing was taken off the check even though we didn't eat it. Basically, if you want to be talked to like a 5 year old and be called a liar for not wanting to eat nasty food, come here!

Good food, lots of beer on tap. Good prices. Mexican dishes (texmex) are good and filling. Endless chips, salsa....

I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Large portions, tender. I was also able to choose a salad instead of fries.
