Has gone down hill. Difficult to get a cold beer glass. Wings a tiny, bar area normally not clean in late afternoon. Bartenders often busy with chatting when bar is nit even half full. Lacks management.

Extremely poor service, wings were cold, beers were wrong, and only one waitress/waiter. I’d you don’t sit at the bar then it isn’t worth going. We live locally and have been several times with the same experience again and again.Extremely poorly run. This makes Taco Max seem like a dream.

Hey, I really like Wild Wing Cafe. Even in our current environment with supply chain issues up the wazzou, they have brought back the legendary wing bar during lunch hours. AYCE doesn't bring out the beast that once existed in me because I'm getting old, but I still respect it deeply.So why the heck am I rating this place lowly? Well, my recent order was just all kinds of screwed up. If you order 15 wings, you have the option of 3 flavors. Get all 3 flavors. The bartender that rang up my order was too stupid to do 1/2 and 1/2 with just two flavors, which is what I wanted and explicitly asked.I also ordered a side of fries, that weren't stale, but were definitely very old and fried a second time.All of this is whatever, until I realized my order didn't come with the blue cheese that I wanted. What a crock of garbage. Ha jokes on me for being one of the relatively few people who consistently tip on takeout. In my face! In my face! That's what I get for trying to be the change I want to see in the world.

The server was polite but had to Leave because my lunch break is over. Waited 25-30 minutes for a chicken salad. The business was empty around 1:30 not sure why it takes so long to grill chicken and chop leaves.

I really want this place to be successful. Location is great and is my go to place for Wings and a beer on Fridays for lunch. But man, doesn't always open on time cause of staff or kitchen isn't ready to prep food for some reason, today was a perfect example. Hoping this place can turn things around. Also, please get an openclosed sign. Place always looks closed from the parking lot. I don't want to be one of those guys who call from the parking lot asking if they are open.

Thought I would give this place 1 more Chance…..Never again.No hostess so there was a hand written sign to seat yourself; no one at the order to go register, so I sat at a table that hadn’t been cleaned. 15 minutes later was given a menu. Another 15 minutes and they came back to take my to go order for two people. A simple wrap and an order of onion rings and was told there was a $1 up charge and I said fine. Then an order of wings with fries.I got home and there were 4 , that’s right, 4, cold, greasy, soggy onion rings. Also the fries were cold and soggy. Are you kidding me??? We’re these just heated up from the day before???I only live 2 minutes away from this location, so it’s not like the food even had time to get cold if they were hot to begin with.And to top it off, there were only about 8 customers in whole place, not including the 4 local bar flies that the servers were chatting it up with instead of checking on those of us who hadn’t even been given water yet.Such horrible management and I hate to see what what going on in the kitchen.Also the server said the manager doesn’t care about the complaints.Wow, just wow.

Took one full hour to get a to go order. Got home and order was missing two items (about $20 worth of food). What food was included was incorrect. Highly recommend not going here.

Ordered a SALAD. Basic salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Was served the salad after 1/2 hour with balsamic vinaigrette. Waited another 15 minutes to get white vinegar in a cup. Explained I ordered olive oil with balsamic vinegar and was told they don’t have it. I came in today after a year hiatus because of the issues they have had. If you can’t make a salad then I give up. No manager on site that I could see. “Regulars” we’re joking that the food was not worth the wait when there were 10 people there. What a joke!

I don't know what's happened to this location. We would go here frequently and it was so good. Lots of families there, good food and service. Over the last several months it has just declined so much that the last visit will be the last. We will try another nearby location. Service was sluggish to extremely poor, really non-existent. We pretty much know exactly what we want but will order drinks first and then our food. Two drinks took at least 15 minutes and then were wrong (club soda instead of tonic). Food took forever (wings and a couple sides). Wing flavors are not tasting the same at all and were not good and overdone. And one of the sides was missing and took even longer to get. We had to go chase down a waitress to get our bill so we could just get out. Only a couple other groups were in the booth area and they were all waiting around for service too and were asking what what going on.

I am hoping this was a one off because it was extremely disappointing. Half the restaurant was closed (seats turned upside-down on the tables). Not a lot of patrons present. Only saw the bartender and the server up front. We ordered three wing flavors (Slayers, Raging Cajun, and Mango something), of which, one was a new flavor to us. When we got them, the server wasn't able to clearly identify them on the plate. After trying them, one was plain (no sauce to it), the other reddish sauce tasted boozy (like a a tequila marinade of sorts), and the one that could have been the mango one was buttery tasting. Neither of them tasted like the slayers or Raging Cajun. I also ordered a house salad with their amazing in- house made blue cheese dressing which normally comes with lots of chunky bits of blue cheese in it and a slice of cheesy Texas toast. The dressing tasted market bottled and no cheesy toast. It was disappointing even after mentioning it to the server.

Genuinely the slowest restaurant ever. This host was super nice and Im sure it was the fault of the kitchen, but there were maybe 5 tables in the whole restaurant and we did not get served food until an hour after we sat down. absolutely ridiculous

Showed up a few minutes after 5pm, only 1 other table of 2 in the restaurant. Took about 10 minutes for a server to get to us, another 10 for drinks and ordering, about an hour for food to come out and everything was cold, incorrect, or a combo of both. Definitely avoid coming here

Terrible customer service. Our waitress was rude & did not greet us even after we said “Hello, how are you?” Our kid’s meal was not given the ice cream or toy that supposedly comes with. Overall it was a terrible experience and we will not come back to this restaurant.

Ordered boneless wings (2 orders) for a take out order. Got home & they were WAY over cooked. Decided to call to let them know, said the mgr would call me back, they never did.
