The expectations of payment were not made clear. She said the payment would be due on day of event, she texted me and told me when they were ready and that I had a payment due. I responded that I understood and would pay immediately upon the cupcakes arriving. She responded and said that’s fine but I won’t leave until I receive payment. I didn’t understand that she meant she wouldn’t leave her location for delivery until I paid. Since I had never worked with her before that wasn’t my plan but nevertheless I paid so they would be delivered. The feedback from everyone who had them was that they were okay- at best. They did look nice though.

Omg. My cake was AMAZING! Jeana was amazing to work with. She was able to take my short ideas and come up with something great. I’m a visual person so I was a bit nervous but she exceeded my expectations. I loved how she was quick with messaging and timing. Overall 10/10.

JeanaMarie Cakery's work completely blew me away. I gave her ideas and also sent a picture so she could get an idea of what I wanted, and her work exceeded my expectations. She did a phenomenal job on the cake!!! Everyone enjoyed the cake, and she was able to complete it in just five days. She was also very professional and sweet, even instructing me on how to properly manage my cake until we were ready to eat it. I highly recommend her, and her work speaks for itself! She blew my mind with her incredible talent, and I can't wait to work with her again in the near future!
