Came here to order after 3 minutes I said hello since I was never greeted they immediately responded and said we waiting on you!! Smh no they wasn’t I saw they car before me back up to get out of line and I should have took that sign not to stop! I backed up also if you want customer service by pass this location

Since when has checkers gotten so expensive?? Almost $10 for my regular sized combo! On top of that the customer service was horrible. Some chick came over the drive thru intercom with an attitude. I could tell that she hates her job and didn't want to be there. When I got up to the window there was no greeting she took my money and then slammed the window. I was left to sit there and wait for about 7 minutes. She then handed me my food and slammed the window again. There was no "Thank you" or " have a good day" or anything. She was very unpleasant. The receipt says her name is Ashanti D.

DO NOT COME HERE. They definitely are always slow. I've decided not to patronize this establishment anymore. I had a burger and and the famous fries - they tasted MOLDY. They served me fries that had mold in it!! Never ever going back I don't recommend this place to anyone. Not even a homeless person- you'd get sick from their food.

This place serves food that's very very very old, they made me a deep sea double and the filets were like card board, i asked them to remake them and they did but they got another old one and put it in the microwave, so the quality of food here is horrible. Not to mention, reheating old food is an art form here.

Like all fast resaturants you have to pick and choose which times are best to go. Some time they are quick and others they are a tad slow. Sometimes the food is freah and hot and others its just okay.

This location is not only terrible, but also VERY slow!!!! The employees are pretty rude and you can tell they do not care about their job or anything they prep and serve out to customers. I got an order of fully loaded fries and asked for there to be no meat on it and instead of the meat, if they could put extra cheese and ranch dressing. What does this chick serve to me?!? Nothing but cheese fries. When I received them I opened them to double check my order and asked her why it did not come with the other toppings I requested. The woman then says nothing on the menu is customizable and slams the window. I was furious and banged on the window to ask about the meat portions I was supposed to receive were supposed to be SUBSTITUTED and she came back to say this isn't her decision, I ordered it that way and it's company policy!! I've never received this kind of treatment, attitude, or such poorly delivered food for the price. I will never be back at this location again thanks to her.
