Place is nice, a little small, seeing that they seem to host a lot of birthday parties, so it's a little close with all the games, but nice over all, my kids liked the picture machine mostly and the mascot came out which was good.

Don't waist your Money ?. The Games are Outdated or Broken. The Characters NEVER CAME OUT ?. the Prize's are Unrealisticly Set to 6,000 points. B My daughter walking away with something from the Dollar tree was Depressing after spending all that money. Do Better. I really Think it's the Community it's in why this location is Suffering. They feel like it's Not enough money there.

The place is super cold even on the cold days outside. The group we had to go outside numerous of time to get a little warm. Go buy extra sweaters because of the cold. Food came out was cold. Fries were taken back to re cook. Upfront with cards not being credited but the cashier. People in the kitchen were rude and they don't wear gloves to prepare the trays. But overall the kids had fun.

We had a reservation on 1/21/2024 at the Upper Riverdale location for my daughter’s birthday. We chose cheese pizza. Everyone in my party that consumed the pizza is experiencing food poisoning! On top of that, the carpet was very dirty. Even if there was a party before us (which I highly doubt since our reservation was for 1:30) the floor should be vacuumed.

Love this place! came here for my twins 5th birthday! And the host and all the staff was amazing!! the manager spoke to us and made sure everything was going great! 10/10 Would highly recommend ! i just wish you guys had a trampoline or playgrounds like they have in miami.

Got here at 4:05pm for my granddaughter birthday party that starts at 4pm and the host said she can’t give my granddaughter her card until 5 more kids comes so I asked why she can’t just get her card and she said no. Then said the party is still gonna end at 6pm I said my point exactly so why she can’t play right now?! I asked for the manager name Rodney and he was just as clueless because how u gonna charge us but don’t wanna give the birthday kid her band so she can start playing. Conyers was nothing like this location I’ll never come back here.
