I went in there yesterday at the last minute and they still offered me great service. The potato was just as good. So 5/5 for me!

I've read some reviews and it doesn't seem like this company has made any improvements in the last couple of years. I've been there two times to pick up orders for delivery and I wondered how people even entertain spending their time and money here. The lady that works there is very confused and rude she had to look for receipts that went with the orders. The service is slow and all you hear her saying is how many doordash orders she has. The second trip on a different day was basically the same I hope I don't get a delivery pickup for this location again.

This was my first and last time visiting this place. There was a discrepancy with my order that resultedin me being over charged $3.75, the clerk who took my order even acknowledge the issue and refused to fix it nor refund my money. Poor customer service, staff is rude, dismissive and not well trained. The food was not good, the potato was dry and not seasoned well. I WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN!!

Have not had a bad experience. Potatoes are good and flavorful. Customer service is great as well. The ambiance/atmosphere is outdated, makes you just want yo get your food and go, lol. Nevertheless it doesn't affect the friendly service and great food.Vegetarian options: Only serve vegetable potatoes
I ordered a six piece Parmesan wings and a Philly cheesesteak potato both were disgusting. The chicken didn't taste like chicken the potato was runny with what I'm assuming is artificial butter sauce I would never go here again, nor will I tell anybody anything good about it.

I’m so pissed right now. I’m new to this area and figured I would give them a try for lunch. It took them an hour and 5 minutes to make 6 wings and some fries. My lunch is over and I’m never going back. I haven’t even tasted the food and it doesn’t matter. Wings take 12 minutes to cook. What are y’all doing making one meal at a time?

I'll be brief and to the point. The gentleman who took my order was cool. He had my food ready pretty quickly on this visit. The potato had a unsavory burnt spot on the bottom, but that thing was fully loaded and delicious. It was a great starchy all in one meal.
