Food here is great. True Mexican restaurant. Not too big but definitely a good atmosphere. The tacos can be a bit pricey but overall they are good, as well as everything else I've tried on the menu.

I called and super upset that I placed an order over the phone and told them what I wanted and they cancelled the order for me . Now I understand why this place is almost empty every time i go there . Unprofessionalism . Some worker named Mitch hung up the phone on me and said she didn’t feel like speaking to me on the phone . The only person who was nice and was trying to go out of her way was Norma . They put an employee by the name of Jose on the phone and he told me he didn’t care if i wrote a bad review that he was the owner of the restaurant . Just because he works there almost all day does not make him the owner . I’m very upset because I was giving this business a lot of money and this is the treatment I get . That stupid rat Mitch needs some home training . Norma should take charge of the restaurant , the only one with professionalism and Jose needs to apply for his visa because there’s no way he own that restaurant . I’m very pissed . Do not recommend this business .

On my visit Sunday 10/29/23 I ordered some guacamole cheese and salad and a glass of water..The salsa had a roach crawling on the bowl as she sat in on the table and my water had a roach in it also..she told the manager he just looked at me and my husband never came over to our table to apologize, we just got up and walked out.

Ordered from this restaurant was very clear about the order that I wanted they cancelled the entire order after I already paid and did not grant my wish because of there own mistake this was unfair and unprofessional to treat a customer the way that I was treated after I clearly explained what I wanted in a nice way they wanted to figure out how to charge me more money for tacos that was not the prince they had online and so I don’t recommend any one eating at this restaurant do to customer service and unprofessional toward costumers
Stick to the tacos, tortas, sopes etc. Some of their plates were not the greatest.

WellI was going based off the great reviews and those were all lies I wasn’t greeted upon coming in so I went to the front to order we waited 10 mins for water after ordering she gave us warm bottled water and the salsa was pepper water then we waited an extra 10 minutes for cold queso and in that time the server cleared tables and I had to ask for cups of ice for the water after I got my queso I was beyond annoyed so I asked for my food to go I haven’t even tasted my tacos btw that’s all we ordered 2 chicken Mexican tacos and a 2 piece kids chicken tender after 40 mins and no food and the margarita didn’t have ANY ALCOHOL AT ALL IN IT I paid 9.50 for a strawberry slushy I haven’t even left the lot before leaving my review and the size of the margarita was small as hell for 9.50 and I even asked her was alcohol in it she laughed and said yes I’m not a tequila person so I would’ve definitely tasted it considering she asked me how strong I wanted it I said strong I will not be coming to this place ever again terrible customer service and drinks total of 30.50 spent and an hour of time wasted on this place also the to go portion of queso is half of the size of cold queso i was given and it wasn’t even busy they made sure to ignore us so I really want a refund but I know I won’t get it after this so I would avoid the irritation and yes judge this place by how it looks outside it looks like a hole in the wall and the service matches once I said I wanted my food to go my items came out before I could even get back to my seat boxed up an readyNow that I’m home and trying to eat this food is disgusting the tacos have no flavor outside of the lime juice my queso is salty milk water absolutely no seasonings and it’s still cold and the kids meals fries were old and wet I want a damn refund
