Horrible experience from the moment I walked in no one greeted me I stood there for minutes trying to figure out where to pick up to go orders. I finally just asked the lady at the bar and she told me "here at the bar" but never acknowledged me until I approached her. At that time she told me my food would be ready in 3minutes because that is what they cook relayed to her. As I was waiting I observed one of the cooks push the trash down with his gloves on and went to the freezer to get fries and drop them and came back to the table to continue making food with the same gloves. I politely called him over to ask him if he could change his gloves before making my food. He had the nerve to act as if he changed them and had a slight attitude because I asked him to change his gloves. He did change his gloves after I asked him. Not knowing that my order was coming up at that moment. My bag was fixed and it sat there for over 20 Minutes. The cook knew that was my order but failed to acknowledge that my order was ready and the lady at the bar never acknowledge me either to let me know that it was my bag sitting there. After I waited over 20mintutes I had to approach the bar to ask if that was my food they kept telling me no and a few minutes later gave me the same bag that had been sitting so at that time I had to ask for fresh fries because the bag sat there for so long. Horrible customer service from the bar to the cooks!! I will never return!!
