“Pelicans is always reliable, and the snowcones are always the best. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is simply because this location had different pricing than the other locations but other than that I can say that they also have different flavors that are more local like, the mango nada, which was delicious.“
“Honestly this place is amazing it reminds me of Mexico so much, in authenticity and also in flavor, it's a family owned business and everything is made in house from the ice cream to the food, every time I come anything I order always taste amazing, the customer service is amazing. They have different verity of flavors in ice cream and in paletas, even their chocolate flavored ice cream is delicious,and I can't say that about many places. They let you try the flavors before you get them and I can even say the ones that you wouldn't expect to like you end up loving. The food is always bomb everything is made from scratch. There fresas con creams are made with their own cream and so is their chicharrón preparado. Their esquites are so delicious but sometimes you got to be careful with their chili powder because it can be spicy. It's a place that never misses. There aguas frescas are delicious what are you looking for something refreshing or something delicious they got it. Their prices are justifiable for the quality of their products in all sincerity especially if it's home made. It's a pretty hidden place and a little hard to find but I drive an hour just to get something from here:)“
“Update Review 03/27/24: I went in for my replacement milkshake (didn’t even bring up what had happened) and the general store manager ended up being there and kindly came to the window to talk with me. Jeremy couldn’t have been nicer. I really appreciated his attention and excellent customer service in handling it and can’t wait to go back! ?Milkshake was perfect!! ?~~~~~03/26/24: Had a serious problem with customer service experience but as you can see above, management was amazing about resolving it and very attentive.“
“My first time visiting and the staff was amazing!! After a pleasant welcoming from the staff, I was allowed time to choose a milkshake from their wide selection. Even though it was a struggle choosing, I settled on the “Entanglement”. The presentation alone was a 10/10 but the taste set it over the top!! Will definitely come back and bring friends.“
