This location has gone downhill and looks awful outside, never clean or pressure wash the concrete entrance, windows dirty murky looking, overall below standards of Kroger. Horrible customer service, rude lady at service desk for returns, nasty disposition, came off on me about how I handled her a receipt, a true ghetto bird. If I could give this place no stars I would they are so unprofessional I stood in line for a hour to get a money order I was told to get a bank or go somewhere else by the store manger Michael and was told he wasn't trained to do register they had one person working

I work near by this Kroger and I stopped in yesterday to pick up some fresh fruit and a veggie tray for staff at the office. First there were no grocery carts available and this is at noon and there is only a few cars in the parking lot so they don't have carts.
