Horrible! No such thing as hot n ready any more! Waiting over 20 min for a pizza and the staff offers refunds repeatedly instead of working hard to make the pizzaI won’t be back and recommend another location if you’re in the mood for this kind of pizza.

I walked in on a man having a seizure over my pizza and he drooled over my food and they still handed me my pizza until i said something about it , please be cautious of coming here staff is for the most part sweet but id never recommend this spot to anybody. note they also do NOT use gloves during food prep. hopefully corporate gets involved.

I went through the drive through and the big girl working tonight 10/11 at 8:36 is very rude. I asked for a regular pizza and she got visibly irritated that I asked her if it was ready or if I was going to have to wait. she rolled her eyes at me and said it’s 5 minutes. Then I ordered crazy bread. And she asked if I wanted the marinara sauce. I said, “does it not come with it” because I’ve been eating it for years and it has always come with it. She rudely says you have to ask for it. So I said okay and paid. She handed me my food and I asked for the receipt. And she got even angrier and verbally groaned and said “come on bruh you’re taking forever.”I wasn’t even in the drive through for 5 minutes. Get better employees because clearly that girl didn’t want to be there. If it’s a problem that I’m asking simple questions don’t work with the public.Also the seal on my pizza box was removed so she might have touched my food.

HIGHLY UPSET! I ordered delivery and my pizza NEVER ARRIVED but I got a message saying “delivered”. I requested a refund and so far have had to call back twice and I still don’t have my refund. I will be calling corporate.

The worst Little Caesars In Clayton County everytime I order here they give me the complete opposite. I order light cheese extra sauce they give me extra cheese no sauce. Bad management. It’s just terrible. I will never order from here again!!!!

We all know Little Caesars is that right now meal we all need from time to time. Three stars is respectable. It's cheap eats quick. Made a special trip to this location for their pineapple Pepsi. The wings are well seasoned in that quick meal kind of way. The pizza is best eaten the same day. This is not leftovers food. The staff at this location was very personable. Clean. Quick.
I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza $7.99 had to wait 18 min. The pizza was awful , but I got say it had plenty of pepperoni on it and little cheese the crust was hard as a rock. Don't believe I'll get pizza there again.Unsatisfied customer.

I ordered several pizzas online for a family gathering and picked up in store. When I arrived, I had to wait several minutes before anyone came to the counter. The store was quiet & seemed empty, nobody answering when I called out. Finally a gentleman came to the counter to help with my order.
I had an online order. The pizzas looked good before I left, but when I got home realized that the where not done. I had to finish cooking pizza's in my oven. Highly disappointed.

Drive thru service is horrible. I was employed here 3-4 years ago and it was never this bad. When I pulled up to the window there was a guy in regular clothes just staring at me. There was also a female (also in regular clothes) and told him “Take that! Take her order oh my god you said you didn’t want to be in the back anymore so take this order” she ended up taking my order and charged me for a classic pep when I asked her for a Bestest pep. A second guy approached me (In uniform) and asked me if she had taken my order I told him yes. When they handed me my pizza it was not what I ordered, they gave me a cheese. I told them I ordered a bestest pep , I overheard her yelling “She ain’t have no bestest pep I charged her for a classic pep” a third guy approached me (also not in uniform) and refunded me and charged me the correct amount. The guy in uniform came back and handed me my pizza and apologized for the inconvenience. I never ever write reviews and the service usually isn’t this bad but I thought about my management at this place years back and they would’ve never allowed any of this. Then again it is my mistake for ordering from here in the first place.

Gave us a burnt pizza.We usually get okay pizza but my husband grabbed a pizza on the way home and didn't check. I think it's messed up that they would see they've burned our order and still box it up knowing by the time he got home the store would be closed. They did replace it next day but STILL! My kids sprinkled parm on it in hopes to save it but eventually only took a couple bites. Check your orders before you leave because some of their employees obviously don't care about the customers.
