The new puffs were burnt. The man who gave them to me should be ashamed and it had the words “Rep” on the bag. Idk what that was about but this was so messed up smh. I was excited to try the puffs and now I’m left with burnt puffs with barely any cheese. Couldn’t turn around cause I was in a rush to get back to fully enjoy my lunch break.

Love it!! It's the best one of them all hands down.. The entire staff is more than awesome, there genuine, down to earth, and they care and take care of there customers all of them no matter what, and the pizza is even better. I really do truly enjoy eating an extramostbestest cheese pizza every single night. Thank You again for all your dedicated, hard, dedicated work you all do and put in your very much appreciated more than you know.. Every single one of you deserve a raise in my opinion..
My crazy bread was shaped like a dry pretzel. The pizza dough was terrible and the taste was off in comparison to other locations. The workers are not preparing the product with care & integrity. I would rather eat microwave pizza from Walmart than to order from this location. Horrible!

I ordered a few pizzas from there the website was very easy to use however one of the pizzas I ordered was a pretzel dough pepperoni with cheese sauce the pizza did look delicious but the taste wasn't there I know pretzels have a pretty distinct taste that I didn't get once trying the pizza also it seemed to be missing the cheese sauce or they used very little to none at all it is still one of my favorite pizzas from there however I am likely to not order from there in the near future.

I ordered a special that included a classic pizza and a 2L. There was no one up front when I picked up my pizza, and I forgot to get the drink. I called when I got home, and no one answered. The next day, I went back for my soda and was told the phone doesn't work and that they didn't have any 2L. The general manager, Tee (so he said and wouldn't give me his full name), only offered me a 20 oz replacement. When I pointed out that a 2L is 66 oz and would be the equivalent of 3 20 oz, he refused and would only give me 2. This side of town is the worst when it comes to lack of customer service and always out of items. They should really have more stringent requirements for franchise owners as some of them make the brand look really bad.

I know we are here for the hot and ready. But for me i love when i order the Italian Cheesy bread and I get it hot, straight out of the oven. I promise Andrea makes sure I get just that. I NEVER mind waiting because is how I like it and since this is my Sunday after church thing I really appreciate her and her warm smile and personality. She always make my visit at this location wonderful.
