Long John silver's. Love their food hate their customer service the night shift very slow and my recent Long John for take took more than 30 minutes and I was double charged the night manager assured me that I would not be charged twice but they did it anyway I would not recommend going to Long John silver's after 6pm.

This place offered The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole entire life. I received my order wrong twice and ultimately left without purchased items. I was denied utensils that were needed to eat my food and I was called outside of my name by staff I have been trying to reach customer service to no avail, please save yourself some trouble and do not dine here.

I don't know about this restaurant anymore. After having previous great experiences and "decent" prices, today was just different. Went in at about 11:30. No one in the dining room. I noticed us upon walking in they made a car pull up. I was like oh hell. Probably going to be a long wait for us. I went to the counter and proceeded to order and noticed the prices have went up a bit. I got a 2 piece meal and it was 12.49 before tax! Wow! I wanted cole slaw for one of my sides and they told me they were out! What!!!! The 2 piece was for my buddy. I actually ordered a 3 piece fish meal. It was $13.49 before tax. Damn. I could have went to bay breeze and got a cheaper/better lunch for less. I gave a $1 for the Angel donation as well. My total for everything was 29.06! That is ridiculous for two people to eat lunch. And remember I ordered meals so they didn't even come with a drink. I brought my drink in to save some coin and glad I did. Long story short I doubt I will return due to the quality of the food for the $. The lady's were kindI overheard them tell customers that the only beverage they had was tea and some kind of lemonade. No soda! Next time I drop $30 it will be at a better restaurant. Not a fast food fish joint.
