Ordered a 6pc nugget meal with fruit punch .. got the window was handed a bad sprite (Needs to be changed to co2 not working) asked for fruit punch cause that’s what I originally wanted he didn’t punch the drink in he just handed me a clear as mf day water down fruit punch I just threw it out the window because how is you & why is you serving product like this especially late night people want a good little fast food meal before the day ends knowing McDonalds is the only Bruges fast food open besides Wendy’s smh

I wish I could give zero stars. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt to many times. There is no reason why I should have to wait 20 minutes for a curbside order and then have to go inside to ask about said order but to get anyone's attention is pointless and then to wait another 5 minutes for them to give me my food without a drink and when I asked for my drink they gave me the wrong size I asked for and bought. Go to Zaxby's across the street they will treat you with respect.

Do not come fast DO NOT COME HERE. I went through the drive through and after ordering I had to pull forward with everyone else. So the process for ordering here is to order then pull up and wait! What’s the point in having a drive thru when u have to wait? What’s the point in having fast food if it’s not fast. And on top of that my food was wrong!BAD EXPERIENCE. I definitely WILL NOT be back at this location!Find a new system because the one you have is not working in favor of the customers in no way!
