Pelicans is always reliable, and the snowcones are always the best. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is simply because this location had different pricing than the other locations but other than that I can say that they also have different flavors that are more local like, the mango nada, which was delicious.

So after coming here twice with this business being I wanted to read some reviews to see if others have experienced this business constantly being closed. I ran across a review below where a customer stated my exact thoughts. “This is how businesses start to fade away. You change the hours to meet your needs and not the customers needs and you failed to acknowledge to change on your website. Poor business operation.” The business owner replied “ Our hours are listed on our social media.” which is a lie. (Got there at 12:15pm) I checked IG and Facebook unless there is another social media that I don’t know about that is advertised it is best just to apologize and take ACCOUNTABILITY. You would save more customers than to blatantly lie. You all have no hours posted on your site. Do better. Any business even McDonald’s is vulnerable to end of closing. You want the money provide the service.

This place has the best snowball flavors and so many to choose from.
I shouldn't talk about the icy I had because it was so delicious, I want to keep it to myself. There are so many flavors, mixtures and others options, you can't walk away disappointed. The price is also affordable, and it's just what the doctor ordered on that very ??? DAY. Definitely a spot to stop at and indulge your sweet tooth.

I always have loved this place but 6/3/23 I went and service was horrible. I noticed I was the only one she kept giving melted snowcones to and not only were they melted the cup was not full and pretty like everyone else's. I was not rude or anything and received careless service. I had to give the icees back to her to get a fresh one but the cup was still half full and at this point I was tired and hot didn't even want to be bothered anymore. This is actually the second time I've come and received melted snow cones and rude service I noticed they have new staff or at least these are not the people I usually see. I hope this reaches the right person and it will not always be this way going forward. My kids love it here.

Enjoyed the refreshing cool treat for the children,(Pina Colada my fav) but found the parking difficult to navigate. Orange traffic cones to prevent parking in front would be helpful.

I was born and raised in Louisiana and this place definitely has my vote for the best shaved ice I've ever had. Every juice option is bursting with flavor. Need a good cold tasty treat? Pull up to Pelican's off Tara Blvd and get a cup.
