The rice was too spicy! Definitely not hibachi rice. My 3 year old said it was nasty.. When I told the cashier that I wasn’t satisfied, they didn’t offer to take it back or anything. Very disappointed!! Don’t waist your money please!!

I was underwhelmed. The rice was hard undercooked and cold. The guy said it had peas and carrots, zero peas and carrots, the wings were good! I'm going to pass

I order a burger and 4 chicken tenders today. The male order taker told me 10-15 mins . I waited 30 mins and all I got was chicken tenders no sauce. When I got the tenders after waiting 30 mins I asked where’s the rest of my order?? He then says oh it’s another 30 mins. Why would the cooks make half of my order and I was told 10 min wait time. I ended up asking for refund. Very unprofessional staff and no sense of urgency and not the staff had no care in the world for the customers waiting. After he gave me my money back for the burger I been waiting 30 mins on he then blamed me for it. How is the customer have anything to do with wait time of their order?? I’m not the cook they are the one taking 30 to 40 mins to prepare a burger. That made no sense . I will go elsewhere next time. Chicken tenders also I received from this place were cold and horrible.

i usually eat here and the food is good , I get the hibachi rice or sometimes the wings but I got fish and the price was $11.87, the fish literally had NO seasoning so I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t take nothing back that I ate off but I just tasted it and I had to pay for another meal because I did not want my fish , I was so unsatisfied with my food , that fish was disgusting

The first time I went to this Locs the foo was great in order the Shrimp habachi no peas the food was great the next few times it was just ok but they s time the food has gotten worse by the moment the jonesboro Tara blvd is not the location everytime I have went it's been a different cook today the rice was hard and grainy the vegetables taste burnt and the lil boy that works the register had a nerve to say the food looks good to me I beg your pardon but look good and taste good are 2 different things sucker the food was even cold almost not even hot considering this had just came of the grill excuse me even when i gave the prick the rice he knwe it was grainy coming up with some lame excuse about that's the way it suppose to be no hell it don't but if y'all want some really good hamachi Kobe Steak house and Nekota got it going on this walk in shit at this place has decline I guess that why u never see no more then two customers want be going back my money may not close them down but my money will be spent in a place thatunderstand the customer complaint just cook the food with consistency it always work and get a cook permenant cook

The wings were awful. I asked for dry lemon pepper I got wet lemon pepper that taste like they were dropped after a mistake. The rice was so gummy and no flavor. I'm so disappointed I really looked forward to trying this place.

When this location opened up my boyfriend was excited because he raved about how good their other location was. And now this one is right down the road from us. I was impressed and happy after our first few orders. Now, the past 2-3 times we’ve gone we have noticed a decline in quality. We always order the shrimp and steak hibachi, occasionally some wings. The hibachi: the rice was watery/soggy, the shrimp has never been my favorite it’s usually really overcooked/old, the meat is undercooked and has lots of chewy parts in it. Overall, it was greasy and salty. The wings aren’t the worst but the lemon pepper is also pretty salty especially since they’re dry.If y’all are skimping and cutting corners to save a couple bucks, maybe it isn’t worth it in the end because we sure as heck aren’t coming back and I’m sure other customers have to be noticing the difference as well.

This is a restaurant you may want to avoid. They charged me an extra $1.00 for tarter sauce and hot sauce they did not include. The fish was hard as a rock and unenjoyable. I spent almost $30 on 3 pieces of fish and 8 shrimp with one tarter sauce. The fries were ice cold, but hey, they did include a lot of ketchup for the cold fries. The photos are what was left as trash. Did not enjoy much of my food. I will NOT patronize this place again. Bad Experience.
