This food is Amazing!!!! The Salmon nachos are amazing! I got extra capers on mine ?. They was sooo good in fact that that I went two days in a row!! My mom had the rib tips and macaroni and cheese and potato salad and she said everything was 10/10! Potato salad was sweet and southern! We love this place 10/10 will definitely be back!! Wish they were open on weekdays! I want some nachos right now!!

This bbq spot is tucked away in a plaza. I believe the meals are takeout only. The establishment is very clean. The cashier could seem a bit happier to be at work. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Wasn't mean or anything just not really serving good customer service. She should also wear gloves while preparing meals. I was bummed to see my ribs go in a microwave before she packed them away. It makes me wonder how fresh the bbq is. I've never seen that happen in real life, lol only on tv for failed restaurants. I ordered half a slab, with the sauce on the side. Also ordered lemonade. The ribs had a decent texture, and good flavor. The bbq sauce was very good! The lemonade was so flavorful reminded me the pink flavored otter pop. I would like to come back here again to try more items on the menu, but I'm not too fond of the process of reheated food in the microwave being portrayed as fresh.

Out of all of the food trucks at the event, my fiancé and I decided to get into this line. After waiting a total of 2 1/2 hours, paying for our food, missing some of the events we came to see, and hearing from other customers in line that they were out of macaroni and cheese, I asked for my money back and she (the owner?) said they can’t give refunds and she continued to ignore me and take others orders. So you can take people’s money but can’t give it back. We can’t get that time back of the shows we payed for to see and didn’t get to see them and we went hungry for another 17 hours. Also, saw her the next day and we walked by and asked for a tiny cup of ranch and she made a comment to my fiancé that we got someone else’s food and asked for a ranch from her. We had to ask someone to wait on us still while standing there. She still didn’t give us our money back!!! Kept saying come back and see her.

So we’re currently doing a no meat diet. So my daughter and I tried the collard greens, potato salad, and macaroni at 5.99 per side. I was so upset after spending almost $30 at the taste. The greens were seasoned sweet that made them look dark brown, it had bone’s hidden in them so obviously was cooked in meat yet I was told they weren’t. The potato salad was overly tart with mustard and pickles. The macaroni and cheese was decent but not enough to fill us up after the disappointment from the other sides. For the meat eaters I hope the entrees are better.

The collard greens are the best I have had and my kids loved the banana pudding! The barbecue sauce was tangy and sweet, just what I was for. It is take out only, but I would definitely eat here again.
I had a taste for ribs, so I did a Google search for a place nearby. Screen house bbq came up. I called to make sure they were open and that they had ribs, and the guy on the phone said yes. The ribs were just now ready. I told him I was on the way. I arrived and received a friendly greeting as I asked how much a slab a ribs were. The menu is on the wall to the right. I ordered the ribs. He opened the box and showed them to me. They looked and smelled amazing!! I couldn't wait to get home. They were juicy, tender, and delicious. The sauce is sweet and compliments the ribs very well. I will definitely be returning.

Ordered the World Famous Salmon Nachos. I'd give them a 6/10. Close to a 7 but just needed something else.. maybe a little spicy mayo drizzle or bbq sauce over top. Overall just a bit dry. Salmon was tasty though! The lemonade was phenomenal (10/10). Service was really great and the guys were super friendly. Next time I may try the ribs.
