These fools charged me for the sweet vanilla cold foam and put whip cream on my drink thinking I'm an idiot. This is by far the worst Starbucks location I've been to (and I've visited many). This isn't an isolated incident because there's always a problem when I come here.

This is my first visit, and my drink was made perfect l! The service was good and wait, not long. The dining room could have been a little cleaner. However, I would definitely return.

I absolutely love Starbucks but EVERYTIME I order on the app the NEVER make my frappe right! I ask for a shot of espresso line the cup with caramel and add cinnamon powder. I would greatly appreciate it if they would read the labels. I pay extra just for that so I expect them to make it right.

Worst Starbucks I have been to. I ended up throwing my drink away it was made so horribly. I will drive 40 minutes to McDonough Starbucks where they actually care and make your drink right! This Starbucks is 10 min away but I will never go

If I could give this zero stars, I would. And not for the staff, but the manager Maresa. She’s the rudest, most arrogant of a person. I’ve seen her first hand yell at her staff for not getting food or drinks out fast enough… BUT they were in the middle of making the food or beverage, like does she expect them to be robots? This store clearly needs a new manager. Where does it say in any handbook, that a manager is able to speak to his or her employees like they’re children? If an employee can’t speak to their manager the same way without getting in trouble, then a manager shouldn’t either. I feel for the employees that work under her, I highly advise you to avoid this store until something is done about it. I’ve tried giving her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she had a bad day, but this is the third time I’ve seen it happen. I can’t be a loyal customer to a store with a manager who is treating their staff like robots who have 6 arms and a Time Machine. Do better. Be better.

Terribly slow. Ordered on the app at 1:03. Said pick up at 1:15. It's 1:31 and still haven't received my order. No one communicated anything and everyone moved super slow and didn't seem to care.And then my drink order was wrong. Smh

It would have been nice to be able to sit in the shop and get work done, but the largest space to sit in here is not available, there are hardly any outlets and the staff was dismissive and unpleasant. Support a local coffee shop instead of this cold

This is one of my favorite locations, they are always quick in the drive-through and the staff is very patient. Sometimes I get to the front and want to add something to my order and they always accommodate with a smile.

This is the closest Starbucks to my Princess house, so when I visit her this Starbucks is my only choice. On this particular visit they were all out of the crunches, for my Caramel Crunch Frappachino's. It wouldn't be so bad if this wasn't normal for this location. They're normally out of something.... caramel or chocolate topping, whipped topping or coffee....something!! But the baristas are so professional and they will try to suggest some type of substitute. So, I'd say the service is on point. It's a quiet place but today it was so cold inside. It's at the end of January so it's not exactly warm and toasty outside either. This isn't my first choice for my favorite Starbucks. But it'll suffice.

The location closes at 5:00 every day of the week. What other location closes at 5 PM? The lines both inside and in the drive thru are unreal. When you order items, there is better than average chance they don't have what you want. It is sad that this community cannot have the same vendors and services as surrounding communities. Next time I want Starbucks, it will not be at this location.
