This particular subway in Riverdale Georgia has an absolute rude owner, hes not friendly at all, he doesn't smile or speak to you or should I say customers because he has plenty of rude, mean things to say to employees, he really treats them bad. The employees themselves without him around are very friendly and makes for a friendly atmosphere but when he is around them which looks like most of the time there very quiet and they look like their afraid to breathe, when I'm leaving I give the tip straight to the one that made the sandwich because I don't feel like they'd get it let alone any recognition for doing a good job.Subway I don't think you want someone like that representing the Subway name .He is whats stopping getting 5 stars for service and atmosphere

I went in here on 02/24/2024…. I got chicken bacon ranch…it was so good. The guy that made my sandwich melted and baked my sandwich to perfection, everything was so fresh….. thank you

Just picked up 3 subs after doing an in-app order. ALL 3 WERE MADE WRONG! Hard stale bread, wasn't toasted, and missing toppings.

They close 2 hrs early on weekends is wild . At 729 I came to pick up my sandwich and doors are locked

Horrible customer service. I will never spend my money here again. Ordered online and once arrived my order was not ready. I asked for 2 cookies for the wait (10 mins) and manager got mad and started fussing at me.

Ordered on line two six inch sandwiches. On arriving at restaurant three people in line and only two employees. After waiting several minutes without being acknowledged I went to register and got attention after customer paid and was told too busy to have made my sandwiches. Another two customers entered and were served before they began working my order. Worst customer service I have experienced at this location. But food good.

This is the worst subway location. The staff and management is so rude here. I can placed an order online and realized the address was off by a number I had to call the restaurant 5 times to get an answer only to be told by this rude man with an accent that it wasn’t his fault and they were closed and hung the phone up. This was at 8pm when the restaurant didn’t close for another 2 hours. WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE!!!!! He should be fired for treating the people that make him that money that way. I’ll never eat there again and will be sure to tell everyone I know and don’t know to do the same.

Went there today and ordered the #10 which is the All American. The guy put FOUR slices of the very thin turkey and FOUR slides of even thinner ham! I could still see the bread underneath. When I complained, the manager/owner came out looked and said that's correct. I then looked at the discolored cheese and left!!! This place should be shut down!!! It's in a poor neighborhood which is very unfortunate that these people have to suffer with such disrespect. The "foreign" owner does not give a "d***"!

DON'T go here. The owner is RUDE! They are ALWAYS out of something or closed when they're supposed to be open. The service and food is fresher at the one off hwy314 and hwy138 next to citgo. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes.

Food doesn't taste fresh, like they keep the same veggies/meats for days. They always close earlier than closing time so check before you place a online order, the doors will be locked. I'll drive the extra mile just to avoid this location...

The sign on the door says they close at 10pm it is now 8pm and they are closed already... not good business..

I had a curbside pickup & the guy who brought out to me had an attitude something terrible! That wasn't the only problem... The Subs were supposed toasted and they weren't. Heck not even warm as sweet onion teriyaki should be. Also asked for the provolone cheese which wasn't there nor was there any cheese on it....UPDATE:: went back to get the order corrected at 7:50pm since they weren't picking up the phone and the door was already locked!!!

This is probably the worse location I have ever been to the gentle with the long dread locks in his head is extremely rude. I think I might have gotten food poisoning because I feel nauseous and the customer service was terrible.
